الملخص
جـمَع الناظمُ في نظْمِه ما خالَف فيه قالونُ عيسى بنُ مِينا المدنيُّ وَرْشاً عثمانَ بنَ سعيدٍ الـمِصريَّ؛ مِن رِوايتَيْهما عن الإمامِ نافع الـمدني؛ من طريق الشاطبية (حِرز الأماني)؛ والنظمُ على وزن الشاطبية ورَوِيِّها، والمسائلُ على ترتيب الشاطبية أصولاً وفَرْشاً، وقد بلغت أبياته (47) بيتاً، وقد حققه الباحث على نسختينِ خطيتينِ، مع التعليقِ على مسائل من النظم، ودراسةِ موجزة للناظم، وكان شيخُه (خليفةُ) مِن تلاميذِ الإمام المتولي رحمهم الله جميعاً. والنظمُ جديرٌ بالشرح الذي يكشف مكنونَه، وينشر فوائدَه.
Abstract
The composer has compiled in his composition the variations where Qalun Isa bin Mina Al-Madani and Warsh Uthman bin Said Al-Misri differ from each other in their narrations from Imam Nafi’ Al-Madani, through the route of Al-Shatibiyyah (Hirz al-Amani). The composition is structured in the meter and style of Al-Shatibiyyah, and the issues are arranged according to the principles and details of Al-Shatibiyyah. It consists of 47 verses. The researcher has authenticated this work based on two handwritten manuscripts and provided commentary on various aspects of the composition, which merits detailed explanation to unveil its intricacies. This includes a brief study of the composer, whose teacher, Khalifa, was among the students of Imam Al-Mutawalli, may God have mercy on them all.
