هذا بحثٌ بعنوان مستثنيات الإمام أبي جعفر في أبواب الأصول من طريق الدرة عرضٌ و توجيه.
أتناول هذا الموضوع وأدرسه دراسةً تحليلية وصفية وذلك من خلال جمع كل ما للإمام أبي جعفر المدني من مستثنيات في أبواب الأصول كاملة وأعرضها وأبين عللها وأجمع أقوال العلماء المعتبرين في هذا الباب.
مهدتُ للبحث بثلاث مطالب، وذلك للتعريف بالإمام أبي جعفر، ثم للتعريف بمتن الدرة، ثم للتعريف بمفهوم الأصول عند القراء، ثم انتظم صلب البحث بخمسة مباحث، وتلك المباحث هي أبواب الأصول التي وقعت فيها المستثنيات، وأهملتُ ذكر الأبواب التي لم يكن فيها استثناءً للإمام، ثم ختمت البحث بأهم النتائج، وألحقته بقائمة المصادر والمراجع للرجوع إليها متى ما احتيج إلى ذلك.
Abstract
This is a research entitled The Exceptions of Imam Abu Jaafar in the Chapters of the General Rules of Recitation (Al-Usul) through the poetry compilation of al-Durrah, Presentation and Analysis.
I studied this topic using an analytical and descriptive approach by collecting all of Imam Abu Jaafar al-Madani’s exceptions in the chapters of the general rules of recitation, presenting them, explaining their reasons, and collecting the opinions of the respected scholars in this chapter.
I prefaced the research with three topics: to introduce Imam Abu Jaafar, then to introduce the text of al-Durrah, then to introduce the concept of the general rules of recitation according to the scholars of Quranic readings. Then the core of the research was organized into five sections, and those sections were the chapters the general rules of recitation in which the exceptions occurred, and leaving out the sections in which there was no exception for the Imam. Then I concluded the research with the most important results, and appended a list of sources and references for reference whenever needed.
