الملخص
من الفقه النافع السائر مع حياة الناس فقه أحكام الزيّـنة للرجال والنساء، وما يتفرع عنه من تطبيقاتٍ تتعلق بتغيير الخلقة التي خلق الله عز وجلّ الإنسان عليها، وذكر ضوابطها، وأحكامها، وقد تناول هذا البحث:
(1) تعريف الزيّــنة، والخِلقة، وبيان صور تغييرها المقصودة بالبحث.
(2) بيان علل تحريم الزينة المغيّرة للخلقة المستفادة من القرآن الكريم.
(3) بيان علل تحريم الزينة المغيّرة للخلقة المستفادة من السنة النبوية.
(4) توضيح ضوابط العمليات التجميلية المغيِّرة للخِلقة، وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة.
ولله الحمد أولاً وآخرًا على توفيقه.
Abstract
A part of the useful jurisprudence that goes with people’s lives is the jurisprudence of rulings on adornment for men and women, and what comes of them of applications related to changing the character created by Allah Almighty for man, adjusting the controls and rules; the research has dealt with:
(1) Definition of adornment, character and highlighting ways of changing them meant by the research.
(2) Clarifying the reasons behind forbidding the adornment that change character derived from Holy Koran.
(3) Clarifying the reasons of forbidding the adornments that change character derived from Prophet’s Sunna.
(4) Clarifying the controls of Cosmetic surgeries that change the character and their contemporary applications.
