يعد تطبيق المناهج اللسانية المعاصرة على النصوص الدينية، مع غياب الطرائق المنهجية في تأويل النصوص الدينية على الوجه الصحيح، كان من نتائجه ظهور إشكاليات الفهم والمقصد نتيجة تأويلات خاطئة، أو خلافات منهجية متنوعة بين تيارات الفكر المتباينة، وترجع أهمية البحث في تنازع مناهج الفهم والتأويل للنصوص الشرعية سعيًا إلى منهج تأويلي يراعي المتغيرات المتسارعة في الفكر الإسلامي، وتجدد المسائل التي تبحث عن حلولٍ لإشكالات القراءة والتأويل والحد من التنازع والاختلاف، ويهدف البحث إلى بيان أهمية منهجية التأويل الصحيحة وطرائقها، سعيًا للحد من تعدد إشكالات القراءة والفهم والتأويل في النصوص الشرعية التي تقوم على توجيه القراءة والتأويل وفق منظور فكري خاص، مستخدمًا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، القائم على إدراك الواقع القائم.
Abstract
The application of contemporary linguistic approaches to religious texts, in the absence of systematic methods for interpreting religious texts in the correct manner, has resulted in the emergence of problems of understanding and purpose as a result of wrong interpretations, or various methodological differences between different streams of thought. The importance of research is due to the conflict of approaches to understanding and interpreting texts. Sharia law seeks an interpretive approach that takes into account the rapid changes in Islamic thought, and renews the issues that search for solutions to the problems of reading and interpretation and reducing conflict and disagreement. The research aims to explain the importance of the correct interpretation methodology and its methods, in an effort to reduce the multiplicity of problems of reading, understanding and interpretation in Sharia texts that are based on Directing reading and interpretation according to a special intellectual perspective, using the descriptive and analytical approach, based on awareness of existing reality.
