الملخص
لقد فرضت تحديات الذكاء الاصطناعي نفسها على كافة مجالات العلوم، وساهمت بفاعلية في تبسيط الكم الكبير من المعلومات في العلوم الشرعية على اختلاف علومها ومذاهبها، بل وأصبحت تشارك الوعاظ في تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد، أو الإجابة عن بعض التساؤلات الشرعية، مما يصعب تجاهله أو نزع حضوره من الواقع ومتغيراته، ويهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي ودورها وأثرها وتأثيرها في العلوم الشرعية، وكيفية الإفادة منه، في تعزيز مكانة هذه العلوم، ومواكبة التقدم التكنولوجي المعاصر، وقدرتها على استيعاب التغيرات وتجاوبها.
Abstract
The challenges of artificial intelligence have imposed themselves on all fields of science, and have effectively contributed to simplifying the large amount of information in the Sharia sciences, regardless of their sciences and doctrines. It has even begun to participate with preachers in providing guidance and advice, or answering some Sharia questions, which is difficult to ignore or remove its presence from. Reality and its variables. The research aims to shed light on artificial intelligence technology, its role, impact, and impact on the forensic sciences, and how to benefit from it, in enhancing the status of these sciences, keeping pace with contemporary technological progress, and its ability to absorb and respond to changes.
