الملخص
صلاة الجنازة في الإسلام من فروض الكفايات، وهي عبادة ذات أحكام وفروع، ومن ذلك قراءة سورة الفاتحة فيها، وزيادة سورة عليها للحديث الذي ورد في ذلك، وقد اختلف العلماء والحفاظ في هذه الزيادة ما بين مقوٍ لها ومضعف، كما اختلفوا في ذلك كله، وقد جاء هذا البحث في حكم تلك الزيادة من جهة السند على طريقة الأئمة النقاد، وللنظر في اختلاف العلماء في الأحكام التي تضمنها هذا الحديث، ولقد استخدم الباحث في بحثه المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث:
– هذه الزيادة وإن قواها بعض الحفاظ إلا أنها لا تثبت من جهة الصنعة الحديثية.
– الصحابة فمن دونهم حصل بينهم الاختلاف في مشروعية قراءة الفاتحة في صلاة الجنازة .
– الأكثر على عدم مشروعية قراءة سورة مع الفاتحة .
– الأكثر على عدم مشروعية الجهر في صلاة الجنازة .
Abstract
Summary: The funeral prayer in Islam is one of the obligations of sufficiency, and it is an act of worship with rulings and branches, including reading Surah Al-Fatihah in it, and adding a surah to it to the hadith that was mentioned in that. The scholars and memorizers differed regarding this addition between strengthening it and weakening it, and they also differed in all of that. This research came into the ruling of that addition from the point of view of the depended on chain of extractions according to the method of the critical Imams, and to look into the differences of scholars regarding the rulings contained in this Hadith. The researcher used in his research the inductive and analytical approach, and among the most important results that the researcher reached are:
– Although this addition is supported by some memorizers, it is not proven in terms of modern workmanship.
– The Sahaba, and those below them, disagreed among them regarding the legitimacy of reciting Al-Fatihah in the funeral prayer.
– Most is with the illegality of reciting a surah with Al-Fatihah.
– Most is with the illegality of reciting the funeral prayer out-loud.
