الملخص
إن إشكالية القراءة في النصوص الشرعية بين الفهم والمعنى والتأويل واستيعاب الإنسان لها تأتي ضمن رؤية شاملة تجمع بين إدراك علاقة الوحي الإلهي بالوجود الإنساني وبين فهم جدليته مع الواقع،فالنصوص الشرعية كونها وحي من الله فهي كذلك لها نظام لغوي حامل لرسالة محددة الوظائف والغايات يميزها عن النصوص اللغوية البشرية، وهو أساس للفهم المتحرك والمستمر لعلم معاني الوحي والكون.
وتبرز إشكالية جدلية النص والواقع، عندما نتعامل مع النص بعقل إنساني بكل قصوره وعيوبه، ولا تتحقق مرجعية قراءة النصوص الدينية إلا من خلال قراءة الوحي وقراءة الوجود، فكتاب الله تعالى والهدي النبوي منهاج تطبيقي لقيم الواقع، بقراءة واعية صحيحة، وأي خلل يحدث في الفهم أو التأويل هو مسؤولية القراءة الخاطئة، ومسؤولية العقل البشري وتصوره، وليس بحال مسؤولية النص الذي قُرئ أو فُهم بشكل خاطئ.
وتكمن المشكلة في أن منهجية فهم الحديث النبوي الشريف تتركز في القدرة على التعامل مع مشكلة النص والواقع، فيحاول تجاوزه، أو أن يؤّول أو يلوي عنقه ليستجيب لحاجته أو ليكف عن معارضته، لتبدأ أطروحات متباينة كالاكتفاء بالقرآن الكريم، أو تجاوز أحاديث الآحاد، وغيرها من الأطروحات، مما يؤكد أنه لا يمكن إخضاع النصوص الدينية لرغباتنا أو شهواتنا، بحيث يكون ما نرغبه هو المرجع، وإنما لابد لنا من معرفةٍ تجعلنا قادرين على التعامل المنهجي مع الحديث النبوي.
ويهدف البحث إلى فض اشتباك القراءة للنص النبوي التي تظهر في جدلية النص والمتلقي بناء على القراءة التدبرية لاكتشاف المعاني، والتقاء المعاني القائمة والمتصورة في الذهن وبين المعاني الشرعية المتضمنة في الأساليب العربية، كما تطرح استفهامًا حول إشكالية القراءة بين النص والفهم والمعنى والتأويل.
وقد اشتمل البحث على توطئة تبين أهمية البحث وأهدافه وأهم عناصره، ومبحثين وأربعة مطالب، تناولت المنهجية الصحيحة في التأويل. وفيه: مطلبان: الأول: التعريف بأبرز المصطلحات الواردة في الورقة. والثاني:مناهج التأويل وأثرها على الفهم والمعنى قديمًا وحديثًا. وتناول المبحث الثاني: إشكالية القراءة بين المنهج والفهم والمعنى والتأويل. وفيه مطلبان: الأول: النص النبوي بين إشكالية القراءة والفهم، والثاني: إشكالية النص النبوي بين المعنى ومناهج التأويل الحديثة، ثم خاتمة تشتمل على أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
Abstract
The problem of reading in legal texts between understanding, meaning, interpretation, and human comprehension of them comes within a comprehensive vision that combines understanding the relationship of divine revelation to human existence and understanding its dialectic with reality. Sharia texts, being a revelation from God, also have a linguistic system that carries a message with specific functions and goals that distinguishes them from texts. Human linguistics, which is the basis for a moving and continuous understanding of the science of the meanings of revelation and the universe.
The problem of the dialectic of text and reality emerges when we deal with the text with a human mind with all its shortcomings and defects, and the reference for reading religious texts is not achieved except through reading revelation and reading existence. The Book of God Almighty and the prophetic guidance are an applied platform for the values of reality, with correct conscious reading, and any defect occurs in understanding or Interpretation is the responsibility of misreading, the responsibility of the human mind and its perception, and not the responsibility of the text that was read or understood incorrectly.
The problem lies in that the methodology for understanding the noble Prophet’s hadith is centered on the ability to deal with the problem of text and reality, so he tries to bypass it, or to interpret or twist his neck to respond to his need or to stop opposing it, so different theses begin, such as being satisfied with the Holy Qur’an, or going beyond individual hadiths, and other theses. Which confirms that religious texts cannot be subjected to our desires or desires, such that what we desire is the reference, but rather we must have knowledge that makes us able to deal systematically with the Prophet’s hadith.
The research aims to resolve the clash of reading of the prophetic text that appears in the dialectic of text and recipient based on reflective reading to discover meanings, and the convergence of existing and imagined meanings in the mind and the legal meanings included in Arabic styles. It also raises a question about the problem of reading between text and understanding, meaning and interpretation.
The research included an introduction explaining the importance of the research, its objectives, and its most important elements, two sections and four demands, which dealt with the correct methodology in interpretation. It contains: two demands: The first: defining the most prominent terms mentioned in the paper. The second: interpretation approaches and their impact on understanding and meaning, ancient and modern. The second section dealt with the problem of reading between method, understanding, meaning and interpretation. It has two requirements: the first: the prophetic text between the problem of reading and understanding, and the second: the problem of the prophetic text between meaning and modern interpretation approaches, then a conclusion that includes the most important results and recommendations
