الملخص
يحاول هذا البحث (حقوق الأمهات العاملات في ضوء رؤية المملكة2030 والقوانين والأنظمة السعودية) إبراز حقوق الأم العاملة، وكيف عززتها رؤية 2030، وكيف حرصت عليها القوانين والأنظمة المتعددة داخل المملكة، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية:
-ما هي طبيعة الأم العاملة؟ وما هي أهم المشكلات التي تواجهها؟ وكيف تحل تلك المشكلات؟
-ما هو دور رؤية 2030 في التمكين للأم العاملة؟ وكيف يمكن تعزيز ذلك؟
– ما هي حقوق الأم العاملة في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030 والقوانين والأنظمة السعودية؟
-ما هو التصور المقترح لزيادة وعي الأم العاملة بحقوقها وواجباتها؟
Abstract
This study attempts to highlight the rights of working mothers, how Vision 2030 has enhanced them, and how the various laws and regulations within the Kingdom have ensured them by answering the following questions:
-What is the nature of a working mother? What are the most common problems they face? How do they solve these problems?
-what is the role of Vision 2030 in empowering working mothers? How can this be enhanced?
-what are the rights of a working mother in light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Saudi laws and regulations?
-what is the proposed scenario to increase working mothers’ awareness of their rights and duties?
