الملخص
تستهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في سياستها الشرعية لمكافحة جريمة المخدرات في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة ورؤية المملكة 2030 وجودة الحياة الخالية من آفة المخدرات، حيث حرصت الشريعة الإسلامية من خلال مقاصدها على المحافظة على الضروريات من الدين والنفس والعقل والمال والعرض، لذلك حرم الإسلام المخدرات تجارة أو تعاطيا أو تهريبا، وعدها جريمة من الكبائر، لضررها الكبير على الفرد والمجتمع وإخلالها بهذه الضروريات وجودة الحياة، وقد حرصت المملكة العربية السعودية بقيادتها الحكيمة على مكافحة هذه الجريمة بكافة أنواعها، من خلال سياستها الشرعية الحكيمة ووضع نظام مكافحة المخدرات والحملات التوعوية والحملة القومية السعودية لمكافحة المخدرات في كافة القطاعات الحكومية والخاصة، ومن خلال رؤية المملكة 2030 وصولا إلى جودة الحياة، ومجتمع يتمتع بالأمن والأمان، لذلك استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في سياستها الشرعية لمكافحة جريمة المخدرات في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة ورؤية المملكة 2030، والله الموفق.
Abstract
The efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its legal policy to combat drug crime in the light of the purposes of Sharia and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 This study aims to identify the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its legal policy to combat drug crime in the light of the purposes of Sharia and the vision of the Kingdom 2030 and the quality of life free from the scourge of drugs. Drugs are trade, abuse or smuggling, and consider it a major crime, due to its great harm to the individual and society and its violation of these necessities and the quality of life. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its wise leadership, has been keen to combat this crime in all its forms.Through its wise legal policy and setting up a drug control system and awareness campaigns in all governmental and private sectors, and through the Kingdom’s vision 2030 to reach a quality of life, and a society that enjoys security and safety, so this study aimed to identify the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its legal policy to combat drug crime in light of The purposes of Sharia and the vision of the Kingdom 2030, and God is the conciliator.
