الملخص
تستهدف هذه الدراسة، التعرف على دور القواعد الأصولية والفقهية، في تحقيق الوسطية والاعتدال لدى الأسرة السعودية، وذلك من خلال تفسير هذه القواعد، تفسيرا سليما وتطبيقها عمليا في واقع الحياة، للوصول إلى السلوك والتعامل المتحلي بالوسطية والاعتدال داخل الأسرة السعودية، مما يؤثر إيجابا في علاقة أفراد الأسرة فيما بينهم، وصولا إلى الاستقرار الأسري، حيث أن الأسرة هي لبنة المجتمع، وأمنها من أمنه، وقد اهتم الإسلام بالأسرة اهتماما بالغا، وجعل أمنها واستقرارها من مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وقد يقع بين الزوجين أو أفراد الأسرة ما يعكر هذا الاستقرار داخل الأسرة، من مشاكل وآراء وأفكار، مما سيؤثر سلبا على جودة الحياة داخل الأسرة، إذا لم يتم التعامل معها بناء على الوسطية والاعتدال ونبذ التشدد والتعنت، من خلال تطبيق القواعد الأصولية والفقهية من ديننا الإسلامي الحنيف، المتصف بالوسطية والاعتدال، لذلك استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور هذه القواعد الأصولية والفقهية، في تحقيق الوسطية والاعتدال، من خلال فهمها وتطبيقها داخل الأسرة. والله الموفق.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the role of jurisprudence fundamentalist rules in achieving moderation and moderation in the Saudi family, through the correct interpretation of these rules and their practical application in real life to reach the behavior and dealings of moderation and moderation within the Saudi family, which positively affects the relationship of family members among them, leading to Family stability, since the family is the building block of society, and its security is part of its security, and Islam has taken great care of the family, and made its security and stability one of the purposes of Islamic law.Problems, opinions and ideas may occur between the spouses or family members that disturb this stability within the family, which will negatively affect the quality of life within the family if it is not dealt with on the basis of moderation and rejection of extremism and intransigence through the application of the jurisprudential rules of our true Islamic religion, which is characterized by moderation. and moderation, so this study aimed to identify the role of these jurisprudential rules in achieving moderation and moderation through their understanding and application within the family.
