الملخص
يحاول هذا البحث إبراز جهود مؤسسات المجتمع المدني السعودي في مكافحة المخدرات وعلاج آثارها، وما تساهم به رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية من تمكين هذه الجهود وتعزيزها، وما تقوم به القوانين والأنظمة السعودية من الحرص على مشاركة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في هذا الجانب المهم والخطير في آن واحد، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية:
– ما هي المخدرات؟ وما هي مخاطرها وأضرارها؟ وماهي سبل مواجهتها؟
– ما هي مؤسسات المجتمع المدني؟ وما هو الدور التكاملي بينها وبين مؤسسات الدولة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية؟.
– ما هو دور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني السعودي في مكافحة المخدرات وعلاج آثارها في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030؟.
– ما هو دور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني السعودي في مكافحة المخدرات وعلاج آثارها في ضوء القوانين والأنظمة السعودية؟
– ما هي سبل تعزيز دور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني السعودي في مكافحة المخدرات في المستقبل؟
Abstract
This research attempts to highlight the efforts of Saudi civil society institutions in combating drugs and treating their effects, and what the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia contributes to enabling and strengthening these efforts, and what Saudi laws and regulations do to ensure the participation of civil society institutions in this important and dangerous aspect at the same time. This is done by answering the following questions:
-What are drugs? What are its risks and harms? And what are the ways to confront it?
-What are civil society institutions? What is the complementary role between it and state institutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?
-What is the role of Saudi civil society organizations in combating drugs and treating their effects in light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030?
-What is the role of Saudi civil society organizations in combating drugs and treating their effects in light of Saudi laws and regulations?
-What are the ways to enhance the role of Saudi civil society institutions in combating drugs in the future?
