الملخص
“أحاديث النهي عن سب الأموات” فيه دراسة وتخريج لأحاديث الباب، وعددها سبعة عشر حديثاً، والبحث ينتظم في: مقدمة فيها مدخل إلى الموضوع، وأهميته، وأهدافه، وحدّه، وخطته، ومنهج البحث، وخطته، ثم تمهيد فيه ذكر عناية الشارع بمكارم الأخلاق وخصوصاً حفظ اللسان، والنهي عن السباب والشتم وقول الزور، ثم قسمته إلى مطالب: الأول/ النهي عن سبّ الأموات، والثاني/ النهي عن سب الأموات لانقطاع أعمالهم، والثالث/ النهي عن سب الميّت الذي عُلمت توبته، والرابع/ الأمر بذكر محاسن الأموات والكف عن مساوئهم، والخامس/ النهي عن سب الأموات؛ لأنه من سيء الأخلاق، والسادس/ النهي عن سب الأموات؛ لأنه يؤدي إلى الهلكة، والسابع/ النهي عن سب الأموات؛ لئلا يتأذى الأحياء، والثامن/ آثار عن الصحابة رضي الله عنهم في النهي عن سبّ الأموات، والتاسع/ دراسة مختصرة لأحاديث “النهي عن سبّ الأموات”، ثم الخاتمة: وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ثبت المصادر والمراجع، ثم فهرس أطراف الأحاديث المخرجة، ثم فهرس الموضوعات.
وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم تسليماً كثيراً.
Abstract
“The hadiths on warning against abusing the dead” includes the study and authentication of the hadiths on the topic, which are seventeen hadiths, and the research is made up of: an introduction that contains an introduction to the topic, its significance, the reasons for choosing it, its limitation, its plan, the research methodology, then the preface which includes the attention given to noble ethics by the Shari’ah, especially safeguarding of the speech, and the warning against abuse, insult, and false claims. It was then divided into topics: The first: the warning against abusing the dead, the second: the warning against abusing the dead due to the end of their deeds, the third: the warning against abusing the dead whose repentance is known, the fourth: the command on mentioning the virtues of the dead and abstaining from their vices, the fifth: the warning against abusing the dead because it is from the bad deeds, the sixth: the warning against abusing the dead because it leads to destruction, the seventh: the warning against abusing the dead in order that the living will not feed harmed, the eighth: the statements of the companions –may Allah be pleased with them- on warning against abusing the dead, the ninth: a brief hadith study of the narrations regarding “warning against abusing the dead”, then the conclusion: which includes the most significant findings and recommendations, and the bibliography, then the beginnings of the authenticated hadiths, then the table of topics.
