الملخص
الفساد الأخلاقي يعد واحدًا من أكثر الظواهر التي تؤرق الأفراد والمجتمعات، وله تأثيره المباشر على الأفراد والمجتمعات، فصلاح الفرد يؤثر بالإيجاب على مجتمعه وكذا العكس، كما يعد أحد أكثر المشكلات التي تواجه المجتمعات؛ وذلك بسبب ما ينتجه من انحراف المعايير الأخلاقية ومؤثراتها النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وأصبحت قضية الفساد بكل صوره أحد أهم القضايا التي تؤرق المجتمعات نظرًا لتفاقم حجم هذا الفساد بدرجة غير مسبوقة في مختلف المجالات، مما يستدعي تضافر الجهود لإيجاد حلول ناجعة، والحد من تداعياتها السلبية على الأفراد والمجتمعات.
وتأخذ هذه الدراسة اتجاهًا أكثر خصوصية فيما يتعلق بالفساد الأخلاقي ومظاهره وأسبابه وأثره على الأفراد والمجتمعات وحضارة الأمم، وإلقاء الضوء على أخطر أنواع الفساد وهو الفساد الأخلاقي، أس كل أنواع الفساد، وموقف الإسلام منه، وآليات مكافحته والوقاية منه من منظور إسلامي، وبيان وإبراز ما سبق به الإسلام كل القوانين الوضعية منذ قرون عدة من طرق ووسائل احترازية ووقائية لدرء مخاطرهالمقدمة.
Abstract
Moral corruption is one of the phenomena that most troubles individuals and societies, and it has a direct impact on individuals and societies. The goodness of the individual positively affects his society and vice versa. It is also one of the most common problems facing societies. This is due to the deviation of moral standards and its psychological, social and economic effects. The issue of corruption in all its forms has become one of the most important issues that trouble societies due to the increasing extent of this corruption to an unprecedented degree in various fields, which requires concerted efforts to find effective solutions and reduce its negative repercussions on individuals. And communities.
This study takes a more specific direction with regard to moral corruption, its manifestations, causes, and its impact on individuals, societies, and the civilization of nations, and sheds light on the most dangerous type of corruption, which is moral corruption, the foundation of all types of corruption, Islam’s position on it, and mechanisms for combating and preventing it from an Islamic perspective, and explaining and highlighting the above. Islam has all the man-made laws for centuries, including precautionary and preventive ways and means to ward off its dangers. Introduction
