الملخص
يقوم البحث على دراسة مرويات عبد الكريم بن مالك الجزري (المتوفى 127هـ) عن عطاء بن أبي رباح عند الإمامين النسائي وابن ماجه في سننيهما.
وتكمن أهمية البحث في كونه متعلقا بأحد الرواة المكثرين المشهورين، وتعلقه باثنين من السنن الأربعة التي هي أهم كتب السنة بعد الصحيحين.
والهدف من البحث هو دراسة كلام الأئمة في عبد الكريم الجزري جرحا وتعديلا، ثم دراسة مروياته عن عطاء بن أبي رباح في السنن، لأن الإمام ابن معين ذكر أن أحاديثه عن عطاء رديئة، مع أن عبد الكريم كاد الأئمة أن يتفقوا على توثيقه، ثم إنه توجد له بعض المرويات عن عطاء صححها بعض المحدثين.
وقام البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والنقدي.
وقد تبين من خلال هذه الدراسة أن عبد الكريم الجزري ثقة مطلقا، ولم يصفه أحد بجرح مطلق؛ بما فيهم الإمام ابن معين، واحتج به البخاري ومسلم، وكلام ابن معين في مروياته عن عطاء وجهها بعض الحفاظ بأنها في بعض الأحاديث خاصة لا كل مروياته عن عطاء، وقد صحح له بعض المحدثين بعض مروياته عن عطاء وقبلوها.
روى له الإمامين النسائي وابن ماجه ثلاثة أحاديث عن عطاء، اشتركا في حديث واحد، وانفرد كل منهما بحديث واحد، وحديث رابع محتمل أن يكون من مروياته؛ أخرجه ابن ماجه.
وقعت له النكارة في واحدة منها، وتوبع في اثنين منها، وانفرد بحديث منها عن عطاء، ولم يتبين وجود النكارة فيها أيضا.
وأوصى الباحث بمزيد الاعتناء بالرواة المتكلم فيهم نسبيا، ودراسة مروياتهم على حدة.
Abstract
The research is based on the study of the rank of Abdul-Kareem bin Malik Al-Jazari, (127 AH) in Al-Jarhwa At-Ta’adeel, and his narrations on the authority of Ata’ bin Abi Rabah in Sunan Imam An-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah.
The importance of the research lies in its relation to one of the popular narrators, and also the two among the six foremost books of hadith, and Sunan An-Nasa’i is distinguished by its strong condition, while Sunan Ibn Majah is distinguished by its additions of narrations.
The aim of the research was brief analytical study of his rank in Jarh wat-Ta’adeel, and what Imam An-Nasa’i and Imam Ibn Majah reported for him in their Sunan on the authority of Ata’ bin Abi Rabah.
The research was based on the inductive, analytical and critical approach,
The research resulted that: Abdul-Kareem Al-Jazari; is a trustworthy narrator, almost all the scholars agreed on that, and Ibnu Ma’in inclusive, none of them wholly criticized him, And the critics of his narration from Ata’ by Ibnu Ma’in was interpreted by some scholars as being in some such narrations in particular, not all of his narrations on the authority of Ata’, and this critics does not lower him from the level of trustworthiness in his narrations, including those on the authority of Ata’.
An-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah; narrated for AbdulKareem Al-Jazari four hadiths on the authority of Ata’, Masa’I reported two, and ibnumajah reported three, they both reported one hadith, An-Nasa’I specializes with one, and ibnu Majah with three. All of the narrations are text related by trustworthy narrators, except one which was described as Munkar.
