الملخص
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على نبيه الأمين وآله وصحبه ومن تبعه بإحسان إلى يوم الدين أما بعد:
تعد صياغة التخريج أهم ناتج لوظائف المخرج، وتتباين صياغة الباحثين ضعفاً وقوة بسبب العوامل المؤثرة في تحرير صياغة مكتملة العناصر وفق منهج المحدثين في الصياغة الصحيحة، وإبراز تلك العوامل المؤثرة في الصياغة سيوضح جوانب الضعف والقوة مما سيعين المُخَرِّج للوصول إلى صياغة علمية سليمة من الضعف، والإشكالات، فلاح لي أن أكتب هذا البحث بعنوان:
عوامل التأثير في منهجية صياغة التخريج.
موضوع البحث: عوامل التأثير في منهجية صياغة التخريج.
مشكلة البحث: تباين صياغة المخرجين قوة وضعفاً وهو أثر مشهود بسبب الاختلاف في مراعاة منهجية الصياغة السليمة.
أهداف البحث:
1- إبراز العوامل المؤثرة في بناء الصياغة العلمية في تخريج الأحاديث للوصول إلى صياغة علمية صحيحة.
2- بيان أسباب الضعف والقوة في صياغة تخريج الأحاديث.
3- الإشارة إلى دقة منهجية المحدثين في صياغة التخريج.
خطة البحث: قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، وأربعة مطالب، وخاتمة، ثم فهرس المصادر، وفهرس المحتويات.
المنهج المتبع في البحث: اتبع الباحث في جمع المادة ودراستها المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي.
Abstract
All praises belong to Allah, may His peace and blessings be upon his prophet, his households and upon his followers till hereafter.
Terming authentication (of Hadith) is the most important outcome of authenticators’ (of hadith) efforts. Varying terms among scholars is caused by different factors. Exposing these factors will clarify the aspects of weakness and authenticity which will enable the authenticator to arrive at a sound academic terminology. Hence, it dawned upon me to write this thesis titled: Factors influencing the system of terming authentication (of Hadeeth).
Research Topic: Factors influencing the system of terming authentication (of Hadeeth)
Research Problem: Variation in the phrasing of collectors (of Hadeeth) in strength and weakness and this is witnessed impact due to the difference in following a safe phrasing methodology.
Aims of Research:
1- Highlighting the factors influencing the establishment of academic phrasing of authentication of Hadeeths to attain a sound academic phrasing,
2- Explaining the reasons for weakness and strength (of Hadeeth) in phrasing hadeeths authentication,
3- Pointing out the deep methodology of the scholars of hadeeth in phrasing authentication (of hadeeth),
Thesis Outline: I sectioned the thesis into introduction, four chapters and conclusion, then the reference table, and the table of contents.
Adopted Methodology in the research: The researcher applied the inductive and analytical approach in collating the topic and its study.
