الحمد لله رب العالمين؛ خلق الإنسان، وكرمه بالعلم والبيان، وجعل سنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم حجة يستضاء بها على مر الأزمان، أما بعد: يعد التنظير الأصولي لحجية السنة النبوية من أدق، وأعمق الإسهامات المنهجية التي أسسها الأئمة الأوائل لضبط الاستدلال، وترشيد فهم النصوص، وتحديد طرق الاحتجاج بها. وفي هذا السياق يروم البحث: إبراز الإسهام المنهجي للإمام الشافعي في التنظير الأصولي لفقه السنة النبوية، في ضوء كتاب الرسالة؛ من خلال تقعيد القواعد الضابطة للفهم، وبيان أثر ذلك في ترسيخ حجيتها وضبط مناهج فهمها والاستدلال بها. وبذلك انتقلت السنة من حيز التسليم العملي، إلى مجال التأصيل الاستدلالي المنظم.

Research Abstact
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, who created humankind, honored them with knowledge and articulation, and made the Sunnah of His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) an authoritative source of guidance across all times and ages. This study addresses the principles-based theorization of the authority of the Prophetic Sunnah as one of the most precise and profound methodological contributions established by early scholars to regulate legal reasoning, guide the understanding of texts, and define the methods of deriving proofs from them. In this context, the research aims to highlight the methodological contribution of Imam al-Shafii in developing the foundational principles governing the jurisprudence of the Sunnah, in light of his seminal work al-Risalah. This is achieved through establishing regulating principles for proper understanding, clarifying the impact of these principles on affirming the authority of the Sunnah, and organizing the methods of its interpretation and legal inference. Accordingly, the Sunnah moved from the sphere of practical acceptance to a structured, theory-based domain of legal and methodological reasoning.
