ملخص البحث
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أثر أقوال الإمام الشافعي رحمه الله في تعظيم السنة النبوية على فقهاء مذهبه، مع اتخاذ الإمام النووي أنموذجًا تطبيقيًا، فقد قرر الإمام الشافعي أصولًا واضحة تقوم على تقديم السنة والاحتجاج بالحديث الصحيح، ورفض التعصب للمذهب، وربط الاجتهاد بالدليل الشرعي. وقد ظهر أثر هذه الأقوال جليًا في منهج الإمام النووي العلمي والفقهي، حيث جعل السنة النبوية محور الاستدلال والترجيح، وصرّح بتقديم الحديث الصحيح على المشهور من المذهب إذا ثبت الدليل، كما انعكس ذلك في تصانيفه الكبرى، ولا سيما المجموع شرح المهذب وشرح صحيح مسلم، وفي اختياراته الفقهية المبنية على قوة النص ودلالته. ويحاول البحث بيان أن الإمام النووي يمثّل الامتداد المنهجي البارز للإمام الشافعي في تعظيم السنة والدليل، وأن التزامه بهذا المنهج أسهم في ترسيخ فقه شافعي قائم على الاتباع وتحكيم النص الشرعي، بعيدًا عن التعصب والتقليد المجرد.

Abstract
This research aims to illustrate the impact of the statements of Imam al-Shafi’i (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the veneration of the Prophetic Sunnah upon the jurists of his school of thought, taking Imam al-Nawawi as an applied model. Imam al-Shafi’i established clear principles founded upon giving precedence to the Sunnah, relying on authentic hadith as proof, rejecting sectarian zealotry toward one’s school of thought, and linking independent legal reasoning (ijtihad) to Shari’a-based evidence. The impact of these statements is clearly manifest in Imam al-Nawawi’s scholarly and jurisprudential methodology, as he made the Prophetic Sunnah the focal point of deduction and juristic preference (tarjih), and he explicitly stated that an authentic hadith takes precedence over the predominant position of the school of thought when the evidence is established. This was also reflected in his major works, particularly al-Majmu’ Sharh al-Muhadhdhab and Sharh Sahih Muslim, and in his jurisprudential choices grounded in the strength of the text and its import. The research seeks to demonstrate that Imam al-Nawawi represents the prominent methodological continuation of Imam al-Shafi’i in venerating the Sunnah and evidence, and that his adherence to this methodology contributed to establishing a Shafi’i jurisprudence founded on scholarly adherence and the primacy of the Shari’a text, far removed from sectarian zealotry and blind imitation.
