الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث دور الزكاة في معالجة مشكلة الفقر وتحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي والتنمية الاقتصادية في المجتمع الإسلامي، من خلال دراسة علمية تحليلية تستند إلى النصوص الشرعية والمبادئ الاقتصادية في الإسلام، ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية الزكاة باعتبارها نظامًا ماليًا واجتماعيًا متكاملًا يسهم في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية، وإعادة توزيع الثروة، وتقوية الروابط الإنسانية بين أفراد المجتمع، بما يحد من ظاهرة الفقر والتفاوت الطبقي، كما يناقش البحث الأسس الشرعية للزكاة، ومقاصدها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وأثرها في توفير الاحتياجات الأساسية للفقراء والمساكين، وتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي، وتنشيط الحركة الاقتصادية من خلال تدوير الأموال ومنع احتكار الثروة.
وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وذلك من خلال دراسة الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية المتعلقة بالزكاة، إضافة إلى الاستفادة من الدراسات الاقتصادية المعاصرة التي تناولت أثر الزكاة في التنمية ومحاربة الفقر، كما تطرق البحث إلى بيان دور مؤسسات الزكاة في العصر الحديث، والتحديات التي تواجه تطبيق نظام الزكاة بصورة فعالة، مع تقديم بعض المقترحات التي تسهم في تطوير إدارة أموال الزكاة وتحقيق أهدافها بصورة أفضل.
وتوصل البحث إلى أن الزكاة تمثل أحد أهم الأدوات الاقتصادية في الإسلام لمعالجة الفقر وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وأن التطبيق الصحيح لنظام الزكاة يسهم في تقليل الفجوة بين الأغنياء والفقراء، وتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي، وتعزيز قيم التعاون والتراحم داخل المجتمع، الأمر الذي يجعل الزكاة نظامًا اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا ذا أثر حضاري وإنساني كبير.
Abstract
This research examines the role of Zakat in addressing poverty, promoting social solidarity, and achieving economic development within the Islamic society through a scientific and analytical study based on Islamic texts and economic principles in Islam. The study aims to highlight the importance of Zakat as an integrated financial and social system that contributes to social justice, wealth redistribution, and the strengthening of social relations among members of society, thereby reducing poverty and economic inequality. The research also discusses the legal foundations and socio-economic objectives of Zakat, as well as its role in providing basic needs for the poor and needy, maintaining economic stability, stimulating economic activity through the circulation of wealth, and preventing wealth concentration and monopoly.
The study adopts descriptive and analytical methodologies by examining Qur’anic verses and Prophetic traditions related to Zakat, in addition to benefiting from contemporary economic studies addressing the impact of Zakat on development and poverty alleviation. The research further explores the role of modern Zakat institutions and the challenges facing the effective implementation of the Zakat system, while presenting several recommendations for improving the management and distribution of Zakat funds to achieve their intended objectives more efficiently.
The study concludes that Zakat represents one of the most significant economic instruments in Islam for combating poverty and achieving sustainable development. Proper implementation of the Zakat system contributes to narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor, strengthening social security, and promoting the values of cooperation, compassion, and social solidarity within society. Therefore, Zakat constitutes a comprehensive economic and social system with profound humanitarian and civilizational dimensions.
