الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة للوصول إلى مدى أهمية معيار الجمال عند اختيار الزوجة من منظور الشريعة وذلك من خلال النظر في اختيار النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لزوجاته، ولبيان منزلة هذا المعيار من بين المقاصد الضرورية والحاجية والكمالية، وذلك طمعا لحصول التوافق بين الزوجين والوصول إلى الاستقرار الأسري، وقد عرفت هذه الدراسة المصطلحات التالية: مصطلح الجمال ومعنى الأمور الحاجية والكمالية، وكما بينت نظرة الشريعة لمعيار الجمال في اختيار الزوجة وفطرة الناس في حب الجمال، وأنه نعمة في الدنيا والآخرة، وأن من حكمة تشريع النظر إلى المخطوبة قبل الزواج هو التأكد من معايير الجمال، وكما تناولت هذه الدراسة حث الشريعة باختيار الزوجة الجميلة وجعلت تجمل المرأة لزوجها حق شرعي له وعلامة لصلاحها، وأوضحت الدراسة مدى أهمية معيار الجمال في اختيار النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لزوجاته.
وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة بانتشار الرأي الذي لا يعتبر معيار الجمال في اختيار الزوجة مما أدى إلى زواج بعض الشباب دون اعتبار هذا المعيار فحدثت المقارنات والخلافات والطلاق، ومن المشكلات أيضًا عدم وجود التصور الواضح لنظرة الشريعة لمعايير الجمال ومدى أهميته في اختيار الزوجة، وعدم انتشار الوعي الكافي في توجيه الشباب لاختياراتهم في الزواج.
وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن معيار الجمال في اختيار الزوجة هو من الأمور الحاجية، وقد كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يهتم بهذا المعيار اهتماماً بالغًا عند اختيار زوجاته رضي الله عنهن.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the significance of the criterion of beauty in choosing a wife from the perspective of Islamic Sharia, through examining the Prophet’s (PBUH) selection of his wives. The objective is to determine the position of this criterion among necessities, needs, and complements. The study explains the concept of beauty, as well as the notions of necessities and complements. It also clarifies the Sharia’s view regarding the criterion of beauty in choosing a wife and the natural human inclination towards beauty as a divine blessing in this world and the Hereafter. Moreover, it highlights that one of the wisdoms behind the legislation of looking at a prospective bride prior to marriage is the consideration of beauty. The study further discusses Sharia’s encouragement to choose the most beautiful wife and establishes that a woman’s beautification for her husband is a religious duty and a sign of her righteousness. Additionally, it illustrates the extent to which the Prophet (PBUH) considered beauty when choosing his wives.
The problem addressed in this study arises from the widespread opinion that beauty should not be regarded as a criterion in choosing a wife. This has led some young men to marry without considering this aspect, which in turn has resulted in comparisons and divorce. Another issue lies in the lack of a clear understanding of Sharia’s stance on the criterion of beauty and its importance in selecting a wife, as well as the insufficient awareness in guiding young people in their marital choices.
The study concludes that beauty, as a criterion in choosing a wife, falls under the category of needs (ḥājiyyāt). The Prophet (PBUH) gave this criterion great attention when choosing his wives, may Allah be pleased with them.
