الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أحكام النِّيَّة في الصيام، ومن أجل الوصول إلى ذلك تم تقسيم البحث إلى تمهيد، وأربعة عشر مبحثاً، وفي التمهيد تم عرض مفردات عنوان البحث، ببيان مفهوم النِّيَّة، وأقسامها، وأهميتها في العبادة، وبيان مفهوم الصيام، أما الـمباحث فكانت على ما يلي: الأول: في حكم النِّيَّة في الصوم، والثاني: في حكم تعددها بتعدد الأيام، والثالث: في وقتها للصوم الواجب، والرابع: في حكم الأكل والشرب بعد النِّيَّة، والخامس: في حكم تعيينها للصوم الواجب، والسادس والسابع والثامن: في حكم تبييتها للصوم الواجب والنفل، وحكمها بعد الزوال، والتاسع: فيما إذا تطوع من النهار فهل يكتب له بقية يومه؟، والعاشر: في أحكام النِّيَّة في ليلة الشك، والحادي عشر: في حكم وجوب نية الفرضية، والثاني عشر والثالث عشر: في أثر قطع النِّيَّة أو التردد فيها على الصيام، والرابع عشر: في حكم الجمع بين نيتين في الصيام، ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليه وأتبعتها بذكر فهرس الـمصادر
Abstract
Research Title: Rulings of Intention (Niyyah) in Fasting: A Comparative Jurisprudential Study
Prepared by: Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Saadi – Professor at the Department of Jurisprudence (Fiqh), Faculty of Sharia, Islamic University.
This research aims to elucidate the jurisprudential rulings pertaining to the intention (Niyyah) in fasting. To achieve this objective, the study is divided into an introduction and fourteen sections. The introduction outlines the terminology of the research title by explaining the concept of intention, its categories, and its significance in acts of worship, in addition to defining the concept of fasting. The sections are structured as follows:
Section One: The ruling of intention in fasting.
Section Two: The ruling on the multiplicity of intentions corresponding to multiple days.
Section Three: The prescribed time for intention in obligatory fasting.
Section Four: The ruling on eating and drinking after making the intention.
Section Five: The ruling on specifying the intention for obligatory fasting.
Sections Six, Seven, and Eight: The rulings on making the intention at night (Tabyit) for both obligatory and voluntary fasting, and its ruling after noon (Zawal).
Section Nine: Whether a person who initiates a voluntary fast during the day is rewarded for the entire day.
Section Ten: The rulings of intention on the “Day of Doubt” (Yawm Al-Shakk).
Section Eleven: The ruling on the obligation of intending an obligatory fast (Fardhiyyah).
Sections Twelve and Thirteenth: The effect of breaking or hesitating in the intention on the validity of the fast.
Section Fourteen: The ruling on combining two intentions in fasting.
Finally, the research concludes with a summary of the most significant findings, followed by an index of sources and topics.
