الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث “دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تخفيف البطالة: دراسة تطبيقية على مشروع اكتفاء التابع لجمعية مستودع المدينة المنورة الخيري”، باعتباره تجربة رائدة تجمع بين العمل الخيري والتمكين الاقتصادي. يهدف البحث إلى دراسة واقع مشروع اكتفاء وبرامجه في التأهيل والتوظيف، وتقييم مدى أثره في تقليل نسبة البطالة لدى المستفيدين، معتمدًا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال التقارير والمنشورات الرسمية الصادرة عن المشروع والجمعية.
أظهرت النتائج أن مشروع اكتفاء يمثل نقلة نوعية في عمل الجمعية؛ إذ تجاوز تقديم المساعدات إلى تمكين المستفيدين من خلال التدريب والتأهيل المهني، ما أسهم في توظيف عدد منهم بعد اكتساب المهارات المطلوبة. كما بينت الدراسة أن المشروع حقق أثرًا ملموسًا في التخفيف من البطالة، إلا أنه ما زال بحاجة إلى التوسع ليشمل عددًا أكبر من الأفراد والأسر، مما يؤكد أن الجمعيات الخيرية قادرة على الإسهام الفعّال في معالجة البطالة إذا توفر لها الدعم والبرامج المناسبة.
وأوصى البحث بضرورة توسيع نطاق مشروع اكتفاء، وتنويع البرامج التدريبية بما يتوافق مع متطلبات سوق العمل، وتوفير دعم مالي مستدام، وتوثيق تجربة المشروع ونشرها لتطبيقها في جمعيات أخرى داخل المملكة.
Abstract
This research explores “The Role of Charitable Organizations in Reducing Unemployment: An Applied Study on the ‘Iktifa’ Project of the Al-Madinah Charity Warehouse Association”, as a pioneering experience that combines philanthropy with economic empowerment. The study aims to examine the current state of the Iktifa project and its vocational training and employment programs, and to assess its impact on reducing unemployment among its beneficiaries. The descriptive-analytical method is adopted, based on official reports and publications issued by the project and the association.
The findings reveal that the Iktifa project represents a qualitative shift in the association’s work; it moved beyond providing aid to enabling beneficiaries through training and professional development, which contributed to employing a number of them after acquiring necessary skills. The study also showed that the project has had a tangible impact on alleviating unemployment, although it still needs to be expanded to reach a larger number of individuals and families. This confirms that charitable organizations can play an effective role in addressing unemployment if provided with proper support and effective programs.
The study recommends expanding the scope of the Iktifa project, diversifying its training programs to align with labor market needs, ensuring sustainable financial support, and documenting and disseminating its experience so it can be replicated by other charitable organizations across the Kingdom.
