الملخص
هذا البحث “أهمية جمع ألفاظ الحديث الواحد والنكت العلمية التي يتوصل إليها به” يهدف إلى بيان أهمية جمع ألفاظ الحديث الواحد لفهمه والأنواع التي يتوصل إليها بذلك ومناهج العلماء في التعامل معها، وقد اتبعت فيه منهجين؛ المنهج الاستقرائي في تتبع الأنواع المدروسة وأمثلتها وما ينضاف إلى ذلك من ضوابط وأحكام من كتب الحديث والشروح الحديثية والكتب المصنفة في علوم الحديث، والوصفي في دراستها، وقد تحصّل لدي فيه خمسة عشر نوعًا يتوصل إليها بجمع ألفاظ الحديث.
ومن أبرز نتائج البحث:
1) أن بيان الرواية بالرواية مقدّم عند الشراح على سائر طرق شرح الحديث.
2) أنه ينبغي بذل الجهد في التوفيق بين ألفاظ الحديث المختلفة.
3) أنه يحمل اللفظ على خلاف ظاهره لمصلحة التوفيق بين الروايات.
4) أنه لا ينبغي التسرع إلى الحكم بالاضطراب حيث وقع اختلاف بين الرواة في اللفظ.
5) نفي الخلاف في حمل المطلق على المقيّد حيث اتحد مخرج الحديث وصحّت الرواية المطلقة والمقيّدة.
وختامًا: أوصي المتخصّصين في قسم فقه السنة بالتزام منهج جمع ألفاظ الحديث؛ لما يترتّب عليه من صون المتفقّه في السنة من الوقوع في الزلل.
وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وآله وصحبه أجمعين.
Abstract
This research, “The Importance of Collecting the Words of a Single Hadith and the Scientific Insights Derived from It,” aims to highlight the significance of compiling the various wordings of a single hadith for a deeper understanding. It explores the different types of insights that can be derived from this process and examines the methodologies scholars have employed in dealing with them. I have adopted two research approaches:
– The inductive approach to trace the studied types, their examples, and the related principles and rulings from books of hadith, commentaries, and hadith sciences.
– The descriptive approach to analyze these types.
Through this study, I identified fifteen types of insights that can be derived by collecting the variations in a hadith’s wording.
Key Findings:
• Explaining a narration using another narration is prioritized by commentators over other methods of hadith interpretation.
• Efforts should be made to reconcile differing hadith wordings.
• A wording may be interpreted contrary to its apparent meaning to harmonize the narrations.
• Differences in wording among narrators should not hastily be judged as inconsistencies.
• If the hadith originates from the same source and both the unrestricted and restricted narrations are sound, there should be no dispute in applying the restricted meaning to the unrestricted one.
Conclusion:
I recommend that specialists in the field of Fiqh As-Sunnah adhere to the methodology of compiling various hadith wordings. This approach safeguards scholars of the Sunnah from errors in interpretation.
