ملخص البحث
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعزيز المنهج الشافعي في دراسة السنة النبوية داخل المؤسسات التربوية من خلال تفعيل تطبيقاته التربوية الرقمية، بما يسهم في تطوير المناهج الشرعية وتنمية مهارات التفكير لدى المتعلمين. وتنبع أهمية البحث من الحاجة الملحة إلى استثمار المنهج الشافعي بوصفه إطارًا تربويًا أصيلًا يقوم على الأسس العلمية التي أرساها الإمام الشافعي في ضبط منهج قبول الحديث ورده، مما جعله حجر الأساس في بناء منهجية دقيقة لتمييز الصحيح من الضعيف وربط ذلك بأصول الاستدلال الشرعي. كما يُعد هذا الإرث المنهجي ركيزة يمكن توظيفها تربويًا في البيئة الرقمية المعاصرة، ولا سيما في ظل ضعف استثمار السنة النبوية تربويًا، وقصور البرامج التعليمية الحالية عن دمج الأصول الشافعية في بناء المحتوى الشرعي الرقمي بصورة منهجية وفاعلة. وتتمحور إشكالية البحث حول: كيفية تعزيز المنهج الشافعي للسنة النبوية في المؤسسات التربوية عبر تطبيقات تربوية رقمية تسهم في تحسين المناهج الشرعية والارتقاء بمهارات التفكير وإعداد المعلمين.

Abstract
This study aims to enhance the Shafi‘i methodology in the study of the Prophetic Sunnah within educational institutions by activating its digital educational applications, thereby contributing to the development of Islamic curricula and the cultivation of learners’ critical thinking skills. The significance of this research stems from the urgent need to invest in the Shafi‘i methodology as an authentic pedagogical framework grounded in the scientific principles established by Imam al-Shafi‘i for regulating the acceptance and rejection of hadith. This framework laid the foundation for a precise methodology to distinguish between authentic and weak narrations and to connect them with the principles of legal reasoning. Such a methodological legacy serves as a cornerstone that can be pedagogically employed in the contemporary digital environment, particularly in light of the limited educational investment in the Prophetic Sunnah and the shortcomings of current educational programs in systematically integrating Shafi‘i principles into the construction of digital Islamic content. The central research problem revolves around how to enhance the Shafi‘i methodology of the Prophetic Sunnah in educational institutions through digital pedagogical applications that contribute to improving Islamic curricula, advancing critical thinking skills, and preparing teachers.
