ملخص البحث
تناول البحث تأكيد حجية السنة النبوية، من خلال بيان تصدّي العلماء لكلّ من أنكر السنة، أو ردّها، مع إعطاء الأدلة الموجبة للعمل بالسنة، وكان من أبرز العلماء في هذا الأمر الإمام محمد بن إدريس الشافعي، الذي عمل على تثبيت وتعزيز العمل بخبر الواحد، وواجه بالحجة والبيان كلّ من ردّ شيئًا من السنة بحجة أنّها أخبار آحاد لا يثبت بها حكم شرعي. وقد تضمّن البحث بيان معنى خبر الآحاد، وأقسامه، وحكمه، مع ذكر من قبل أو ردّ العمل به من العلماء. ثم كان عرض لموقف الإمام الشافعي من العمل بخبر الآحاد، وذكر لبعض الأدلة التي وجّه إليها الإمام الشافعي في هذا الباب، من خلال عرض الأدلة النقلية من القرآن الكريم، والسنة النبوية، والعملية من فعل الصحابة رضي الله عنهم. وقد توصّل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، وعدد من التوصيات، التي تبيّن وتؤكّد الاحتجاج والعمل بما ثبت من أخبار الآحاد.

Research summary
The research addressed the confirmation of the authority of the Prophetic Sunnah, by explaining how scholars confronted those who denied or rejected the Sunnah, while providing the evidence that necessitates acting upon the Sunnah. One of the most prominent scholars in this matter was Imam Al-Shafi’i, who worked to establish and strengthen the application of the single hadith, and confronted with evidence and explanation all those who rejected any part of the Sunnah on the grounds that it consists of single hadiths that cannot be used to establish a legal ruling. The research included an explanation of the meaning of ahad hadith, its categories, and its ruling, along with mentioning those scholars who accepted or rejected acting upon it. Then there was a presentation of Imam Al-Shafi’i’s position on working with single-narrator hadiths, and a mention of some of the evidence that Imam Al-Shafi’i directed towards in this chapter, through the presentation of the transmitted evidence from the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah, and the practical evidence from the actions of the Companions, may God be pleased with them. The research has reached a set of results and a number of recommendations, which demonstrate and confirm the argument and action based on what has been proven from the reports of the single narrators.
