يهدف هذا البحث إلى توظيف منهج الإمام الشافعي في تعزيز حجية السنة النبوية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية وتقديم تطبيقاته التربوية. يناقش البحث الدليل القرآني والحديثي على حجية السنة النبوية وفق رؤية الشافعي، ويستعرض دور المنهج الشافعي في تطوير المناهج الشرعية من خلال إعداد المعلمين وتنمية مهارات طلاب العلم. كما يبحث في استثمار البيئة الرقمية التعليمية لنشر المنهج الشافعي وتعزيز فهم الطلاب للسنة النبوية. خلص البحث إلى أن تطبيق المنهج الشافعي بشكل عملي ورقمي يسهم في رفع مستوى التعليم الشرعي وتعميق الوعي بحجية السنة، ويوصي بدمج هذا المنهج في المناهج الدراسية، وتنظيم ورش تدريبية للمعلمين، وتطوير موارد رقمية للطلاب والمعلمين، وتشجيع البحث العلمي التطبيقي.
This study aims to employ Imam Al-Shafi ‘i’s methodology to strengthen the authority of the Prophetic Sunnah within educational institutions and to explore its pedagogical applications. It examines the Qur’anic and Prophetic evidence for the authority of the Sunnah according to Al-Shafi’i’s perspective, and highlights the role of his methodology in developing religious curricula through teacher preparation and enhancing students scholarly skills. The study also addresses the use of digital educational environments to disseminate Al-Shafi’i’s methodology and reinforce students understanding of the Sunnah. The research concludes that practical and digital application of Al-Shafi’i’s methodology contributes to improving religious education and deepening awareness of the Sunnah’s authority, recommending its integration into curricula, teacher training workshops, development of digital resources, and promotion of applied scholarly research.
