ملخص البحث
يتناول هذا البحث إبراز جهود الإمام الشافعي في تقرير حجية الخبر الآحاد وتثبيت مكانته في نظام الاستدلال الشرعي. • فقد واجه الإمام الشافعي في عصره تيارات كلامية وفقهية شككت في قبول أخبار الآحاد، فعمل على تأسيس منهج علمي راسخ يضبط التعامل معها، بالاستناد إلى الأدلة النقلية والعقلية، وإلى التطبيق العملي لجمهور الصحابة والتابعين. • يبين البحث قواعد الشافعي في قبول خبر الآحاد، حيث قرر في «الرسالة» أن الحجة لا تقوم إلا بنقل العدل الضابط، فقال: «ولا تقوم الحجة بخبر الخاصة حتى يكون مثبتًا بنقل العدل عن العدل» (الرسالة ص 401). • كما أكد اعتماد الأمة على خبر الواحد، فقال: «لم يزل من مضى من أئمة المسلمين يثبتون الخبر الواحد» (الرسالة ص 460). • واحتج بأن رد خبر الآحاد يفضي إلى إبطال أغلب السنة بقوله: «ولو جاز رد الخبر لقلة من رواه لم يثبت عن النبي خبر أبدًا» (الأم: 295/7). وانتهى الشافعي إلى أن الخبر الواحد العدل ملزم، وأن الأمة مجمعة على قبوله، وهو ما جعله من أبرز من أصل حجيته وبنى عليه منهجًا راسخًا في الاستدلال.

Research Sumary
This research deals with highlighting the efforts of Imam Shafi’i in determining the authenticity of the single news and establishing his position in the legal reasoning system. • In his time, Imam Shafi’i faced verbal and jurisprudential currents that questioned the acceptance of single news, so he worked to establish a well-established scientific approach that controls dealing with it, based on transfer and mental evidence, and on the practical application of the audience of companions and followers. • The research shows the Shafi’i’s rules in accepting the news of the ones, as he decided in the «letter» that the argument is only based on the transfer of justice. The officer said: «The argument does not carry out private news until it is proven by the transfer of justice from justice» (Al-Messah p. 401). • He also stressed the nation’s reliance on the news of the one, saying: «There are still those who have been among the imams of Muslims to prove the same news» (Al-Messalah p. 460). • He protested that the response of the news of the Ones leads to the invalidation of most of the Sunnah by saying: «And if it is permissible to return the news to a few of those who narrated it, no news has never been proven about the Prophet» (Al-Mother: 7295/). Al-Shafi’i concluded that one news of justice is binding, and that the nation is united to accept it, which made it one of the most prominent of the origin of its authenticity and built on it a well-established approach to reasoning
