الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث ضوابط دفع ما يوهم التعارض بين الأحاديث عند الشيخ ابن عثيمين، من خلال دراسة تطبيقاته على أحاديث الجنائز والزكاة، وقد اعتمد البحث ثلاثة مسالك: الجمع، والنسخ، والترجيح، وذلك من خلال ثلاثة مطالب؛ خُصِّص الأول لضوابط الشيخ في مسلك الجمع، والثاني لضوابطه في مسلك النسخ، والثالث لضوابطه في مسلك الترجيح، وخُتم البحث بأبرز النتائج والتوصيات.
Abstract
This research examines the principles governing the methods used by Shaykh Ibn ʿUthaymīn to resolve apparent contradictions between hadiths, through a study of his applications to hadiths concerning funerals and zakat. The research addresses three methods: reconciliation, abrogation, and preference, through three sections. The first section is devoted to the Shaykh’s principles in the method of reconciliation, the second to his principles in abrogation, and the third to his principles in preference. The research concludes with the main findings and recommendations.
