الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة قاعدة “المشقة تجلب التيسير” باعتبارها من القواعد الفقهية الكبرى، وبيان أثرها في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الأفراد والمجتمعات. وقد تناول البحث في مبحثه الأول التعريف بالقاعدة من حيث اللغة والاصطلاح، وشرحها وبيان أدلتها من القرآن الكريم والسنة والإجماع والعقل. أما المبحث الثاني فقد خصص لتطبيقات القاعدة في الواقع المعاصر، لاسيما في المجال التربوي والتعليمي، وفي مواجهة التحديات الفكرية التي تهدد الشباب. وأبرز البحث كيف يمكن أن تسهم هذه القاعدة في تيسير المناهج الشرعية، وتوظيف الوسائل التقنية الحديثة، وتقديم الفتاوى الميسرة، والمواد التثقيفية المناسبة، واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي والمنصات التفاعلية، بما يعزز الثقة بالدين ويحمي الشباب من الانحرافات الفكرية والتطرف. خلص البحث إلى أن استحضار هذه القاعدة وتفعيلها عمليًا ليس مجرد ترف فقهي بل ضرورة واقعية وأمنية، تحقق مقاصد الشريعة في رفع الحرج وحماية العقول وبناء حصانة فكرية ذاتية لدى الشباب.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the jurisprudential maxim “Hardship Brings Ease” as one of the major legal principles in Islamic jurisprudence, and to highlight its role in enhancing intellectual security for individuals and societies. The first part of the research discusses the definition of the maxim linguistically and terminologically, explains its meaning, and presents its evidences from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, scholarly consensus, and rational proofs. The second part focuses on its contemporary applications, particularly in the educational and pedagogical fields, as well as in addressing intellectual challenges facing youth. The study demonstrates how this principle can contribute to facilitating the understanding of Islamic curricula, employing modern technological tools, providing simplified fatwas, producing appropriate educational materials, and utilizing artificial intelligence and interactive platforms—all of which strengthen trust in religion and protect youth from intellectual deviations and extremism. The research concludes that invoking and applying this principle is not a mere juristic luxury but rather a practical and strategic necessity that fulfills the higher objectives of Sharia: alleviating hardship, safeguarding minds, and building intellectual resilience among youth.
