الملخص
يتناول البحث التعريف بالعدالة في اللغة والاصطلاح، ويبين عقيدة أهل السنة في عدالة جميع الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، والمراد بعدالتهم، والفرق بين عدالة الصحابة ومن بعدهم، وبين العدالة في باب الرواية والشهادة، ثم التعريف المختار لعدالة الصحابة رضي الله عنهم.
ويهدف البحث إلى بيان سعة مفهوم العدالة، وعدم المنافاة بين وقوع المعصية والوصف بالعدالة، من خلال جملة من القواعد التي يجب استحضارها عند تعريف عدالة الصحابة.
كما يسعى البحث إلى بيان ما يجب تنزيه الصحابة عنه، من النفاق، والكذب، والاستخفاف بالشريعة، وغيرها مما ينافي التقوى والمروءة.
وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وثلاثة مطالب وخاتمة، تناولت: التعريف بالعدالة والمختار في تعريفهم، وبيان عدالة جميع أهل السنة، وسمات وخصائص عدالة الصحابة.
يلي ذلك الخاتمة، وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ثم قائمة بقائمة المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات.
Abstract
The study addresses the definition of justice (ʿadālah) in both linguistic and technical terms, and explains the Sunni doctrine regarding the justice of all the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them), the intended meaning of their justice, the distinction between the justice of the Companions and that of those who came after them, and the difference between justice in the context of narration and that in the context of testimony. It also presents the preferred definition of the justice of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them).
The study aims to demonstrate the broad scope of the concept of justice and the non-contradiction between the occurrence of sin and the attribution of justice, by applying a set of principles that must be considered when defining the justice of the Companions.
Furthermore, the study seeks to clarify what the Companions must be declared free from—such as hypocrisy, lying, belittling the Sharia, and other traits that contradict piety and moral integrity.
The study is structured into an introduction, three main sections, and a conclusion. It covers: the definition of justice and the preferred definition regarding the Companions; the affirmation of the justice of all the Companions according to Ahl al-Sunnah; and the features and characteristics of their justice.
This is followed by a conclusion summarizing the key findings and recommendations, a list of sources and references, and a subject index.
