الملخص
تُعدّ ظاهرة تعدد الرواية في الحديث النبوي من مظاهر ثراء السنة ومرونتها، إلا أنها كثيرًا ما تُتناول من منظور نقدي محض، يركّز على التصحيح والتضعيف، دون التعمّق في البُعد الدلالي الكامن وراء اختلاف الألفاظ وتعدد الصيغ. وينطلق هذا البحث من ملاحظة مهمة، وهي: أن تعدد الرواية لا يفضي بالضرورة إلى اضطراب أو تعارض، بل قد يكون له أثر في توسيع دائرة الفهم، وتكامل المعنى، واستيعاب جوانب الواقعة أو التشريع. وسعى الباحث إلى بيان هذا الأثر من خلال دراسة تأصيلية، تتناول المفاهيم ذات الصلة (كالدلالة، والرواية، والمعنى)، ثم عرْض لأهم صور تعدد الرواية وأسبابها، مثل: الرواية بالمعنى، وتعدد الواقعة، واختصار الحديث، وتفاوت الألفاظ. ثم خُصّص القسم الثالث من البحث لتطبيقات حديثية عملية تُبرز كيف أن كل رواية تضيف بُعدًا دلاليًا، أو تعبيرًا مقصديًا، وأن الجمع بين الروايات يُنتج فهما أوسع وأدق، بعيدًا عن التسرّع في الترجيح أو الإلغاء. وقد خلص الباحث إلى أن تعدد الروايات يُعدّ موردًا دلاليًا غنيًا، ينبغي الإفادة منه، لا إغفاله، ودعا إلى مزيد من الدراسات التي تجمع بين التحقيق الحديثي والتحليل الدلالي، وإلى تفعيل هذه الرؤية في تدريس السنة، واستنباط الأحكام منها.
Abstract
The research aims to highlight the importance of considering the multiple narrations (riwāyāt) of a single hadith, emphasizing their significance, and not neglecting them. It also seeks to demonstrate the benefits of this approach. The research is structured into an introduction, three main sections, and a conclusion.
The first section focuses on definitions and is divided into three sub-sections: the definition of “dalālah” (meaning or indication), the definition of “riwāyah” (narration), and its definition as a composite term.
The second section addresses the forms and reasons for the multiplicity of narrations. It includes four sub-sections: the first discusses the multiplicity of narrations, the second covers narration by meaning, the third examines the multiplicity of incidents, and the fourth deals with the abridgment of hadiths.
The third section explores the impact of multiple narrations on the expansion of meaning and the methods of preference (tarjīḥ) between different narrations. This section is divided into two sub-sections: the first discusses the effect of multiple narrations on broadening the meaning, supported by a collection of examples, the narrations related to them, and their interpretations, with reference to the views of scholars. The second sub-section focuses on the methods of preference between narrations, categorized into criteria related to the chain of transmission (isnād) and the text (matn), along with important rules for preference.
The research concludes with a summary of the findings and their implications.
