الملخص
جاء الإسلام بتشريعات مصلحة لأحوال الناس على اختلاف عقائدهم وألسنتهم، فكان من أبرز تشريعاته لحفظ السلم الأهلي، ضمانه لحرية المعتقد باعتبارها صمام أمان المجتمعات، فهذا البحث استقصاء للآيات القرآنية في هذا الموضوع وقياس لمدى تغير فلسفة الإسلام في هذه المسألة في العهدين المكي والمدني، وكذا مناقشة دعوى نسخ آية القتال لآيات السلم والدعوة بالتي هي أحسن.
Abstract
Islam has set laws that serve the interests of people, regardless of their beliefs and languages. Among its most prominent legislations for preserving civil peace is the guarantee of freedom of belief, which acts as a safeguard for societies. This research investigates the Quranic verses on this topic and measures the extent to which the philosophy of Islam on this matter has changed during the Meccan and Medinan period. It also discusses the claim of abrogation of the verse on fighting in favor of the verses on peace and calling to good in the best manner.
