الملخص
يروم هذا البحث إبراز المعالجة الإنسانية المتقدمة للعلاقات الاجتماعية والسياسية التي قررها محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بين مختلف مكونات مجتمع المدينة؛ من يهود ومسلمين ووثنيين من مختلف القبائل، وبيان حقوق الإنسان الواردة في وثيقة المدينة والوقوف على أصالتها وتفردها، من خلال التعريف بهذه الوثيقة المهمة، وبيان الحقوق السياسية والمدنية والحقوق الثقافية التي تمتع بها كل الناس في الدولة النبوية الجديدة، منشئا بذلك دستورا نبويا كان من أول الدساتير في العلم.
Abstract
This research aims to highlight the advanced humanitarian treatment of social and political relations that Muhammad (peace be upon him) established among the various components of the society of Medina, including Jews, Muslims, and polytheists from different tribes. It seeks to demonstrate the human rights enshrined in the Constitution of Medina and to highlight its originality and uniqueness. This is done by introducing this important document and explaining the political, civil, and cultural rights enjoyed by all people in the new prophetic state, thus establishing a prophetic constitution that was among the first constitutions in history
