الملخص
لقد قضى الله وقدر في هذا الكون بأن يكون قانونه العام الذي ينظم الكون كله هو قانون (الزوجية) المعبر عنه في الآية الكريمة بقوله تعالى:﴿ وَمِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ﴾ ( الذاريات: 49)، وكذلك الحال في عالم البشر؛ فإن حكمته تعالى اقتضت أن يخلق ذكراً وأنثى، ويجعل بينهما ميولاً فطرية لأجل تحقيق المودة والرحمة والسكينة. قال تعالى: ﴿وَمِنَ اٰيَٰتِهِۦٓ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنَ اَنفُسِكُمُۥٓ أَزْوَٰجاٗ لِّتَسْكُنُوٓاْ إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةٗ وَرَحْمَةًۖ اِنَّ فِے ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰت لِّقَوْم يَتَفَكَّرُونَۖ﴾ (الروم: 21). ولكي تدوم العشرة بين الزوجين، وتتكامل أدوارهما في الحياة أناط الله تعالى بكل واحد منهما حقوقاً وواجبات في ذمة الآخر، لا تسقط عنه ولا يجوز له التفريط فيها بأي حال من الأحوال، وتطالعنا نصوص القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة بمجموعة من الحقوق خصوصاً تلك المتعلقة بالزوجة، من أجل أن تؤدي وظيفتها الأسرية على أكمل وجه، وتحس من خلالها بمساواتها الحقوقية مع زوجها الرجل، فتؤدي عملها باقتدار وحسن تصرف.
Abstract
God has ordained that His general law that regulates the whole universe is the law of (pairs), which is expressed in the verse: ﴾And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah) ﴿. The same is the case in the human world; His wisdom stipulated that He created a male and female, and made between them innate tendencies in order to achieve affection, mercy and tranquillity. The Almighty says: ﴾And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought﴿ . In order for the cohabitation between spouses to last and their roles in life to be complementary, God Almighty has assigned each of them rights and duties towards each other, which cannot be forfeited and must not be neglected under any circumstances. The texts of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) inform us of a set of rights, especially those related to the wife, in order for her to perform her family function to the best of her ability, through which she feels her equal rights with her husband, and carries out her work with competence and good behaviour.
