الملخص
عنوان البحث: جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في تعزيز منهج السلف الصالح.
موضوع البحث: أشار البحث إلى واقع البلاد السعودية المشرق في كافة المجالات الدينية والاجتماعية والأمنية والاقتصادية والسياسية والإغاثية والعلمية، وإنه واقع مشرق وأنموذج يحتذى به في تطبيق الشريعة والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر وفق منهج السلف الصالح، كما أنَّ البحث بيَّن أنَّ النظام الأساسي للحكم قد قام على الكتاب والسنة – وفق منهج السلف الصالح – واعتبرهما دستورًا لهذه البلاد، وأنهما حاكمان على أنظمة الدولة ولا سلطان فيها إلا للشريعة، وكل ما خالف الكتاب والسنة فهو مرفوض، ونص الدستور على أن الدولة تحمي العقيدة وتأمر بالمعروف وتنهى عن المنكر، وهذا الدستور لا مثيل له في الدنيا اليوم بل لا مثيل له من قرون، كما أوضح البحث التزام ملوك هذه البلاد بمنهج السلف الصالح في الأمر بالمعروف واعتزازهم بذلك ونشره على الملأ ابتداء من الملك المؤسس الإمام عبد العزيز بن عبد الرحمن آل سعود رحمه الله مروراً بالملوك الميامين سعود وفيصل وخالد وفهد وعبد الله رحمهم الله إلى عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود حفظة الله ،وتطرق البحث لذكر نماذج من كلامهم في هذا الموضوع، كما أنَّ البحث قد ذكر جملة من كلام العلماء الكبار الذين بينوا أنَّ هذه الدولة قامت على التوحيد والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر وفق منهج السلف الصالح.
Abstract
Research Title: The Efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Promoting the Methodology of the Righteous Predecessors
Research Topic: This study highlights the distinguished status of Saudi Arabia across various domains, including religious, social, security, economic, political, humanitarian, and scientific fields. It presents Saudi Arabia as a model in implementing Sharia and upholding the principles of enjoining good and forbidding evil in accordance with the methodology of the Righteous Predecessors.
The research also demonstrates that the Basic Law of Governance is founded upon the Qur’an and Sunnah, following the methodology of the Righteous Predecessors, and recognizes them as the constitution of the nation. It establishes that these divine sources govern the state’s legal framework, with no authority surpassing Sharia, and any regulation contradicting the Qur’an and Sunnah is deemed invalid. The constitution further mandates that the state protects Islamic faith, enjoins good, and forbids evil—an unparalleled governance system in the modern world, with no equivalent for centuries.
Furthermore, the research emphasizes the unwavering commitment of Saudi kings to the methodology of the Righteous Predecessors in enjoining good and forbidding evil, highlighting their pride in upholding and promoting these principles. This commitment traces back to the founding king, Imam Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud (may Allah have mercy on him), and continues through the successive rulers—Kings Saud, Faisal, Khalid, Fahd, and Abdullah (may Allah have mercy on them)—up to the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (may Allah protect him). The study provides selected statements from these rulers on this matter. Additionally, it includes insights from prominent scholars affirming that the foundation of this state is rooted in Tawhid and the principles of enjoining good and forbidding evil, as per the methodology of the Righteous Predecessors.
