الملخص
الحمد لله الذي أنزل كتابه نورًا وهدًى للعالمين، وضياءً يهدي به المتقين، ودليلًا للمسترشدين، ومحجةً واضحة للسالكين والسلام على من بعثه الله رحمةً للعالمين، وعلى آله الأطهار وصحبه الأخيار أجمعين.
لا شك أن علم القراءات القرآنيَّة من أجل العلوم وأعظمها لارتباطه بالقرآن الكريم، لذا جاء البحث الحالي بعنوان: (العلوم العربيَّة والشَّرعيَّة في ضوء تنوّع القراءات، سورة الْفُرْقَان أنموذجًا).
وبينت فيه عن أهمية علم القراءات القرآنيَّة ودوره وعلاقته بالعلوم العربيَّة والشَّرعيَّة، فهي التي تساعد المفسر في تأويله وتفسيره، والفقيه في استنباط أحكامه الفقهية، وذلك من خلال تتبع مواضع خلاف القراءات في سورة (الْفُرْقَان) كنموذج تطبيقي لتلك العلوم.
واشتمل البحث على: مقدمة، ومدخل تمهيدي، وثلاثة مباحث، ثم خاتمة، وبعد ذلك الفهارس العامة.
Abstract
All praise is due to Allah, who revealed His Book as a light and guidance for all of humanity, a beacon for the righteous, a proof for those seeking the truth, and a clear path for those who follow it. Peace and blessings be upon the one whom Allah sent as a mercy to the worlds, as well as upon his pure family and noble companions.
Undoubtedly, the science of Qur’anic Qira’at is among the most significant and esteemed fields of study due to its direct connection to the Holy Qur’an. Accordingly, this research is titled: «Arabic and Shari’a Sciences in Light of the Diversity of Qirā’āt: Surah Al-Furqan as a Model.»
This study highlights the importance of the science of Qur’anic Qirā’āt, its role, and its relationship with both Arabic and Shari’a sciences. These disciplines aid the exegete in interpretation and assist the jurist in deriving legal rulings. This is demonstrated through an analysis of the variations in Qira’at within Surah Al-Furqan, serving as a practical model for these sciences.
The study consists of an introduction, a preliminary section, three main chapters, a conclusion, and general indexes.
