الملخص
هذا البحث عنوانه: “الخصاء الكيميائي وأحكامه.. دراسة فقهية”.
ويهدف إلى بيان حقيقة الخصاء الكيميائي، واستعمالاته، وحكمه، وقد تمكَّنَت الباحثة من تحقيق هذا الهدف بدراستها لمسائل البحث، وبيان أحكام الخصاء بحسب أحواله ودواعيه، وتوصلت إلى نتائج، أهمها:
• أن الخصاء الكيميائي يُستعمل عقوبةً، ويُستعمل علاجًا.
• ويجوز استعماله عقوبة تعزيرية، ولا يجوز استعماله في العقوبة الحَدِّية.
• ويجوز استعماله للعلاج والتصحيح الجنسي.
Abstract
This research is entitled: “Chemical castration and its rulings are a doctrinal study”
It aims to clarify the truth of chemical castration, its uses, and judgment, and the researcher was able to achieve this goal by studying the issues of research, and clarifying the provisions of castration according to its conditions and reasons, and reached the results of the most important of which are:
Chemical castration is the use of prescription drugs that reduce the secretion of the hormone “testosterone”; this reduces sexual desire in men.
It may be used as a discretionary punishment that the judge deems, and it may not be used as an alternative punishment to the penalties stipulated in Islamic law.
It may be used for treatment and sexual correction.
