الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة تعقبات الإمام الخطيب البغدادي في كتابه “موضحأوهام الجمع والتفريق” على الإمام أحمد بن حنبل؛ حيث تعرضت للتعرّيف بالتعقب في اللغة والاصطلاح، وأوردت ما وُجد من تعقبات تتعلق بالتفريق، ثم صار الباحثإلى دراسة كل تعقب مستعيناً بما قرره أئمة هذا الشأن من منهج، فكان أننقل أقوال العلماء اللاحقين في ذلك، وناقشها ورجّح بينها، ثم ختم دراسة كل مسألةٍ (تفريقًا أو جمعًا) بوضع خلاصة تمثل رأي الباحث في الحكم على ذلك التعقب بعبارة سهلة وواضحة، وقد اختتمت الدراسة بخاتمة تحتوي أهم ما توصل إليه الباحث من نتائج.
Abstract
This study dealt with the commentarıes of Imam Al-Khatib Al-Baghdadi in his book ‘MudeehAwhamal-Jamʻwa-al-tafrīq’ on imam Ahmad bin Hanbal. I explained the definition of commentary in language and terminology. I have mentioned the commentaries that are related to al tafreek. Then the researcher began to study each commentary, using the methodology decided by the imams in this field. Then he has paraphrased the ideas of later scholars about these commentaries, and he has dıscussed and prefered among them. Then he has concluded the study of each commentary (al jam or al tafreeq by writing a summary that represents the researcher’s opinion on the ruling on that comment in an easy and clear statement. Finally, I have finished this study with the conclusion that contains the most important results that I have reached.
