الملخص
فنظرًا لما يشهده عالمنا الحاضر من تطور تقني وثورة في الذكاء الاصطناعي في شتى ميادين الحياة، وحيث أصبحا جزءًا مهمًا في حياة النّاس المعاصرة، ومن هنا كان لزامًا على الفقهاء بيان حكم هذه المستجدّات، وإسقاطها على الواقع لمواكبة كل تطور، في جميع الأحوال والأزمنة، ويأتي هذا البحث لبيان بعض أوجه الاستفادة من التقنيات المعاصرة، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث: أنّ الشريعة الإسلامية صالحة في كل زمان ومكان، وأنّ الإسلام دين واقعي يقبل كل جديدٍ نافعٍ، وأنّ لفظ التقنية مصطلحٌ عامٌ يشير إلى استخدام التقنية الاستخدام الأمثل في مختلف مجالات العلم والمعرفة من خلال معرفتها وتطبيقها وتسخيرها لخدمة الإنسان ورفاهيته.
وأنّ من التّقنيات التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في العبادات: كالبوصلة الإلكترونية عند تحديد القبلة، وتلسكوب فلكي عند رؤية هلال رمضان وشوال وذي الحجة، وتطبيق المؤذن في معرفة دخول وقت الصلاة. وإنّ هذه التقنيات لا يمكن حصر في تطبيق واحد؛ لأنّ الأيام لا تزال حبلى بالعباقرة الّذين لا يزالون يفكّرون في توليد التطبيقات الّتي تتوافق مع المسلمين في شؤون دينهم.
Abstract
Given the technological development and revolution witnessed by our present world in artificial intelligence in various fields of life, and where they have become an important part of people’s contemporary lives,
Hence, it was necessary for Scholars of jurisprudence to explain the ruling of these developments, and project them on reality to keep pace with every development, in all cases and times, This research comes to illustrate some aspects of the Benefitting of contemporary technologies, the most important findings of the research was:
That Islamic law is valid at all times and places, and that Islam is a Realistic religion that accepts every new useful,
The word technology is a general term that refers to the optimal use of technology in various fields of science and knowledge through its knowledge, application and harnessing it to serve man and his well-being.
The techniques that can be used in worship are:
Like the electronic compass when determining the Qibla, And an astronomical telescope when seeing the crescent of Ramadan, Shawal and Dhu al-Hijjah, And the Muezzin Applications in knowing the entry of prayer time.
These techniques cannot be limited to a single application; because the days are still pregnant with geniuses who still think about generating applications compatible with Muslims in the affairs of their religion.
