الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث ظاهرة التحزب في الأمة الإسلامية تأصيلاً وتحليلاً، ويهدف إلى بيان مفهومها الشرعي، وحكمها، وأسبابها، وآثارها، ومسؤولية الدعاة تجاهها. وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع النصوص الشرعية وأقوال العلماء، والاستنباطي التحليلي في استخراج الأحكام، والنقدي المقارن في الترجيح بين الأقوال.
وخلص البحث إلى أن التحزب المذموم هو تفرق المسلمين في دينهم إلى فرق وجماعات تختطّ لنفسها مناهج مخالفة للكتاب والسنة وفهم سلف الأمة، وأنه محرم بنصوص الكتاب والسنة التي أمرت بالاجتماع ووحدة الكلمة ونهت عن الافتراق، وقد حصر البحث أبرز أسبابه في ثمانية: ترك التمسك بالكتاب والسنة وفق فهم السلف، والابتداع، والجهل، واتباع الهوى، والغلو، وتقديم العقل على النقل، والتأويل الفاسد، والتعصب. وبيّن أن له عشرة آثار وخيمة، من أبرزها: الوقوع في الشرك، ومشابهة الكفار، وتفرق جماعة المسلمين وضعفهم، وظهور البدع، ووقوع العداوة والبغضاء، وأكّد البحث أن على الدعاة مسؤولية علمية وعملية في التحذير من التحزب وبيان حكمه، وتوجيه الأمة إلى التمسك بالكتاب والسنة وفهم السلف.
Abstract
This research addresses the phenomenon of partisanship in the Muslim Ummah by way of foundation and analysis, and aims to clarify its legal concept, its ruling, its causes, its effects, and the responsibility of the preachers towards it. The researcher has adopted the inductive method in gathering the legal texts and the statements of the scholars, the analytical-deductive method in extracting the rulings, and the critical-comparative method in weighing between the statements.
The research concluded that blameworthy partisanship is the division of Muslims in their religion into sects and groups that devise for themselves methodologies contrary to Quran and Sunnah and the understanding of the Salaf of the Ummah, and that it is prohibited by the texts of the Quran and the Sunnah which commanded gathering and the oneness of the word and forbade division. The research has confined its most prominent causes to eight: abandoning adherence to Quran and Sunnah according to the understanding of the Salaf, innovation, ignorance, following desire, excess, giving precedence to reason over transmitted text, corrupt interpretation, and fanaticism. And clarified that it has ten major effects, the most prominent of which are: falling into polytheism, copying the way of disbelievers, the division of the Muslim community and their weakness, the emergence of innovations, and the occurrence of enmity and hatred. And the research affirmed that the preachers bear a scholarly and practical responsibility in warning against partisanship and clarifying its ruling, and direct the Ummah to adhere to the Quran and Sunnah and the understanding of the Salaf.
