الملخص
ناقشت هذه الدراسة مسألة المنهج القرآنيّ في التحذير مِن طاعة الأعداء, كما تناولت الأصناف الذين نهى الله U صراحةً عن طاعتهم في كتابه الكريم, مع التطرق للقيم المستفادة منها, وتكتسب هذه الدراسة أهميّتها مِن كون طاعة الكفار ونحوهم وبالاً على الأفراد والدول على حدّ سواء، ولا سيّما أنّ كيد الكفار للمسلمين في هذه الأزمنة قد تضاعَف، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المنهج القرآنيّ في التحذير مِن طاعة الأعداء؛ مِن خلال استعراض الأصناف الذين نصّ الله U على النهي عن طاعتهم في القرآن الكريم, وتكمن مشكلة البحث في تحديد الأصناف الذين حذَّر القرآن الكريم صراحةً مِن الانصياع إليهم, واعتمد البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والاستنباطي في دراسة هذا الموضوع؛ وذلك باستقراء الأصناف الذين حذَّر القرآن الكريم بشكل مباشر عن الانقياد إليهم في التنزيل العزيز، ثُمّ التعقيب على الآيات التي تضمّنت تلك الأصناف بإيجاز, ثُمّ استكشاف أبرز القيم المستنبَطة منها, وقد توصّل البحث إلى خطورة اتباع الكفار أو موالاتهم بشكل كامل، كما توصّلت الدراسة إلى أنّ المقصود الأكبر مِن نهي القرآن الكريم للنبيّ صراحةً عن طاعة تلك الأصناف, بيانُ أنّ الناس محتاجون إلى مواصلة التنبيه والإرشاد, ويوصي البحث بتركيز الأبحاث والدراسات والمؤتمرات حول الطاعة وأنواعها في السنّة النبويّة, والثمرات التي تنتج عن ذلك.
Abstract
This study discussed the issue of the Qur’anic approach to warning against obeying enemies, I also discussed the types of people whom the Holy Quran explicitly forbids obeying in its holy book, With reference to the values learned from it, This study is important because obedience to disbelievers and the like is a burden on both individuals and states, Especially since the disbelievers’ enmity toward Muslims has intensified in these times, This study aims to highlight the Qur’anic approach in warning against obeying enemies, By reviewing the types of people whom Allah, the Almighty, has forbidden us to obey in the Holy Quran, The problem with this research lies in identifying the categories of people, whom the Holy Quran explicitly mentions as being obedient in its sacred book, The research adopted an inductive, analytical, and deductive approach in studying this topic, This is by extrapolating from the categories that the Holy Quran directly warned against following in the Holy Book, Then comment briefly on the verses that mention these categories, Then explore the most prominent values derived from them, The research concluded that it is dangerous to follow or fully support the disbelievers,The study also concluded that the main purpose of the Holy Quran’s explicit prohibition on the Prophet from obeying those types of people, Statement that people need to continue to be alerted and guided, The research recommends focusing research, studies, and conferences on obedience and its types in the Prophetic Sunnah, And the fruits that result from that
