الملخص
عنوان هذا البحث (منهج الشاطبي في تأصيل قواعد المقاصد)، ومن أهم ما يهدف إليه هذا البحث: التعريف بمنهج الشاطبي في تأصيل قواعد المقاصد، وبيان طريقته في تصوير القاعدة المقاصدية، وإبراز منهجية الاستدلال النقلي والعقلي عنده في تقريره لقواعد المقاصد. ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث: قيام منهج الشاطبي في تصوير القاعدة المقاصدية على التنصيص على القاعدة بألفاظ عدة، وضرب الأمثلة الكثيرة عليها، مع التنبيه على شروطها وقيودها. ومن أجلِّ ركائز المنهج التأصيلي عند الشاطبي لقواعد المقاصد هي ركيزة الاستدلال والاحتجاج بالنقل والعقل. وحرص الشاطبي غالبا على سياق الأسئلة والاعتراضات الواردة على القواعد المقاصدية؛ والجواب عنها.
Abstract
Title: Al-Shatibi’s Methodology in Grounding the Maxims of Maqasid
Abstract: This research explores Al-Shatibi’s methodology in establishing Maqasid (Shari’ah Objectives) maxims, focusing on his formulation techniques and his synthesis of textual (Naqli) and rational (Aqli) evidence. The study concludes that Al-Shatibi’s approach relies on multi-phased phrasing, extensive exemplification, and precise contextual constraints. A central pillar of his methodology is the proactive addressing of scholarly objections and providing systematic refutations to reinforce the foundational authority of these maxims.
