الملخص
تقوم وسطية الإسلام على تحقيق التوازن بين المبادئ الثابتة التي لا تتغير، مثل العقيدة والعبادات والقيم الأخلاقية الأساسية، وبين الجوانب المتغيرة التي تخضع لاجتهاد العلماء وفق مقاصد الشريعة ومصلحة الإنسان؛ فالإسلام دين يجمع بين الثبات في الأصول والمرونة في الفروع، ما يجعله قادرًا على مواكبة تطورات العصر دون التفريط في ثوابته.
في القضايا المعاصرة، تظهر هذه الوسطية في مواقف الإسلام من القضايا الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والطبية والتقنية؛ إذ يقوم على رفع الحرج والتيسير على الناس، وتحقيق العدالة والكرامة الإنسانية؛ ويعتمد ذلك على أدوات فقهية مهمة مثل الاجتهاد، والقياس، والمصلحة المرسلة، وسد الذرائع، مما يسمح بإيجاد حلول شرعية متوازنة للتحديات الحديثة، وبذلك تبقى الشريعة الإسلامية إطارًا مرنًا يجمع بين الثبات والتجدد لخدمة الإنسان في كل زمان ومكان.
Abstract
The moderation of Islam is based on achieving a balance between unchanging, fixed principles, such as creed, worship, and fundamental moral values, and the variable aspects that are subject to scholarly interpretation in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law and the best interests of humanity. Islam is a religion that combines stability in its fundamental principles with flexibility in its branches, enabling it to keep pace with the developments of the age without compromising its core tenets.
In contemporary issues, this moderation is evident in Islam’s stances on social, economic, medical, and technological matters. It is based on alleviating hardship, facilitating matters for people, and achieving justice and human dignity. This relies on important jurisprudential tools such as independent legal reasoning (ijtihad), analogical reasoning (qiyas), public interest (maslaha mursala), and blocking the means to evil (sadd al-dhara’i), allowing for balanced and legitimate solutions to modern challenges. Thus, Islamic law remains a flexible framework that combines stability and renewal to serve humanity in every time and place.
