الملخص
يدور البحث حول باب مهمّ في الفقه وهو باب الرضاع، وهذه المسألة هي مسألة نازلة تتعلّق بحليب الأم الذي صار يستخدم في بعض المنتجات واشتقت منه منتجات أخرى، بحث فيه الباحث مدى وقوع المحرمية في النكاح فيمن استعمل هذه المنتجات.
وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث: أن المحرمية لا تنتشر باستعمال هذه المنتجات لتخلّف شروط الرضاع كلّها أو بعضها في هذا الاستعمال.
Abstract
The research revolves around an important chapter in jurisprudence, which is the chapter on breastfeeding, and this is a pressing issue related to breast milk that is now used in some products and from which other products are derived. The researcher investigated the extent to which prohibition in marriage occurs for those who consume these products. One of the most notable findings of the research was: that prohibition does not spread through the use of these products due to the absence of all or some of the breastfeeding conditions in this usage.
