الملخص
هذا البحث: (مرويات عكرمة بن عمار العجلي عن يحيى بن أبي كثير في السنن الأربعة -جمعا ودراسة-)؛ الهدف منه: دراسة مرويات عكرمة بن عمار عن يحيى بن أبي كثير في السنن الأربعة، لأن الأئمة النقاد ذكروا أنه يضطرب فيها، مع دراسة تحليلية لمرتبته في الجرح والتعديل.
قام البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والنقدي.
نتج من البحث أن عكرمة بن عمار العجلي يعد من صغار التابعين، وكان عكرمة بن عمار من جلة الرواة، روى عنه كبار الأئمة، واعترفوا بقدره، روى له الجماعة إلا البخاري، فإنه استشهد به، اختلفت أقوال النقاد في الحكم عليه، وترجح أنه صدوق، حسن الحديث، لكنه ضعيف في يحيى بن أبي كثير، مجموع ما أخرج له أصحاب السنن الأربعة أربعة أحاديث، أخرج أبو داود ثلاثة أحاديث، وأخرج له الترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجه حديثين. حصل في أحدها الاضطراب من شيخه يحيى بن أبي كثير لا من قِبَله، وانفرد بالثلاثة الأخرى، حكم على واحد منها بالنكارة الإمامُ البخاريُّ، ولم تتبين علة في اثنين منها، وقد أخرج أحدهما الإمام مسلم في صحيحه، وتبين أن وصف الأئمة مرويات عكرمة بن عمار عن يحيى بن أبي كثير بالاضطراب، لا يعني أن كل تلك المرويات هكذا، بل هو حكم غالبي.
Abstract
The research: (Narrations of Ikrimah ibn Ammar al-Ijli sfrom Yahya ibn Abi Katheer in the Four Sunans -Collection and Study); aims to study the narrations of Ikrimah ibn Ammar on the from Yahya ibn Abi Katheer in the Four Sunans, as the leading critics have noted that they are inconsistent. The research also includes an analytical study of his actual level in Al-jarh wa At-ta’adil.
The research employed an inductive, analytical, and critical approach.
The research revealed that Ikrimah ibn Ammar al-Ijli is considered one of the younger Tabi’in. He was a prominent narrator whom the great imams narrated from and acknowledged his stature. The Scholars differed in their judgment of him; the research strengthens that he is Saduq, but he is weak concerning Yahya ibn Abi Katheer.
The total number of Ikrima’s narrations from Yahya, which are reported by the four Sunan compilers, is four. Abu Dawud narrated three hadiths, at-Tirmidhi narrated two hadiths, al-Nasa’i narrated one hadith, and Ibn Majah also narrated two hadiths.
Inconsistence occurred in one of the hadiths not from Ikrimah, but from his Shaikh Yahya bin Abi Katheer. He was the only one to narrate the other three. Imam al-Bukhari ruled one of them to be objectionable, and no defect was found in the other two, which Imam Muslim included one of them in his Sahih. So it became clear that the scholar’s description of Ikrimah ibn Ammar’s narrations from Yahya ibn Abi Katheer as inconsistent does not mean that all of those narrations are like that, but rather it is a description of most of them.
