الملخص
يسدل البحث ظلاله على الحكم الجزائي وما يكون له من آثار ممتدة على العقوبة التبعية العسكرية، حيث يتناول بيان ماهية الحكم الجزائي بالإضافة إلى مفهوم العقوبة التبعية العسكرية، كما يبين مشروعية العقوبة التبعية العسكرية وموقف المنظم السعودي من ذلك، علاوة على دراسة أثر الحكم الجزائي الصادر بالبراءة تجاه العقوبة التبعية العسكرية وفقًا لكل سبب من أسباب البراءة الجزائية، بالإضافة لدراسة أثر الحكم الجزائي الصادر بالإدانة إزاء العقوبة التبعية العسكرية على ضوء كل سبب من أسباب الإدانة الجزائية.
Abstract
The research casts its shadow over criminal judgments and their extended effects on military subsidiary punishments. It addresses the nature of criminal judgments and the concept of military subsidiary punishments. It also demonstrates the legitimacy of military subsidiary punishments and the position of Saudi law on them. Furthermore, it examines the impact of criminal judgments of acquittal on military subsidiary punishments, based on each of the grounds for criminal acquittal. It also examines the impact of criminal judgments of conviction on military subsidiary punishments, based on each of the grounds for criminal convictions.
