الملخص
المسائل الفقهية في فقه الأسرة الواردة في كتب العقائد (دراسة فقهية مقارنة)
يتناول هذا البحث المسائل الفقهية في فقه الأسرة الواردة في كتب العقائد (دراسة فقهية مقارنة)، وقد اقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث أن يكون في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته.
وجاء المبحث الأول في نكاح المتعة، والمبحث الثاني في حكم نكاح الكتابيات ونكاح المشركات، والمبحث الثالث في طلاق الثلاث بلفظ واحد، وفي كل مبحث من هذه المباحث تناولت المسألة في كتب العقائد، ووجه ذكرها في كتب العقائد، وحكمها.
ثم الخاتمة، قد ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
Abstract
Jurisprudential issues from the book family Iaw in the books of beliefs (a comparative jurisprudence study)
This research deals with jurisprudential issues from the book of purity contained in the books of beliefs (a comparative jurisprudence study), and the nature of this research required that it be in an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. , and his plan.
The first section deals with temporary marriage, the second section deals with the ruling on marriage to women of the People of the Book and to polytheists, and the third section deals with triple divorce with one utterance. In each of these sections, I dealt with the issue in books of creed, the reason for mentioning it in books of creed, and its ruling.
