الملخص
خرجنا بفضل الله – تعالى – من بحثنا بإثبات رفع اليدين بعد القيام للركعة الثالثة بعد الاستواء منه، لا في الجلوس، وذلك بعد جمع الأدلة في المسألة، وتتبع أقوال العلماء، والحكم على الحديث الدائر في فلكها بالشذوذ، إضافة إلى الدلالات اللفظية لأحاديث الباب.
وجاء البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة مطالب، وخاتمة، وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع، مقتفيًا أثر المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي.
Abstract
By the grace of God Almighty, we have concluded from our research that raising the hands after standing for the third rak’ah after straightening up, not while sitting, is permissible. This was achieved after gathering evidence on the issue, examining the opinions of scholars, and determining that the hadiths related to it are anomalous, in addition to the verbal implications of the hadiths in this chapter. The research consists of an introduction, a preface, four chapters, a conclusion, and an index of sources and references, following the inductive and analytical approach.
