الملخص
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله.
تناول هذا البحث دراسة أسباب اختلاف الأصوليين من جانبين: جانب ابسمولوجي، وجانب ببلوغرافي.
وخلص البحث بعدة نتائج من أهمها:
1. لم يوجد من الأصوليين المتقدمين من أفرد كتابًا في ذكر أسباب اختلاف الأصوليين، وإنما ذكروا الأسباب في ثنايا كتبهم، وعند دراسة المسألة الأصولية.
2. أن الإمام بدر الدين الزركشي (ت: 794هـ) -رحمه الله- له فضل السبق والابتكار في إعطاء صورة عملية واضحة لذكر أسباب اختلاف الأصوليين في كتابه سلاسل الذهب، غير أن كتابه ليس شاملًا لجميع المسائل المختلف فيها.
Abstract
All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
This study explores the reasons behind disagreements among Usul (principles of Islamic jurisprudence) scholars from two perspectives: the epistemological and the bibliographical.
The research concluded with several key findings, the most important of which are:
1- None of the early Usul scholars dedicated an entire book specifically to outlining the reasons behind their disagreements. Rather, these reasons were mentioned within the context of broader discussions and during the treatment of specific Usul issues.
2- Imam Badr al-Din al-Zarkashi (d. 794 AH, may Allah have mercy on him) holds the distinction of being the first to provide a clear and practical account of the reasons for disagreement among Usul scholars in his book Salasil al-Dhahab; however, the book does not comprehensively cover all disputed issues.
