الملخص
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله. أما بعد:
يتناول هذا البحث جهود الشيخ عبد الوهاب خلاف في علم أصول الفقه، باعتباره من أبرز علماء الشريعة الذين ساهموا في تبسيط هذا العلم وتقريبه إلى طلابه، بدأ الباحث ببيان أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وإشكالية البحث، والدراسات السابقة، والمنهج المتبع، والخطة التي سار عليها.
انتقل بعد ذلك إلى تسليط الضوء على حياة عبد الوهاب خلاف، فتم التعريف به من حيث نسبه ونشأته، ومسيرته العلمية.
وركز بعد ذلك على أبرز إسهاماته الأصولية من خلال كتبه الأصولية، التي تعد من أوضح الكتب المعاصرة في هذا المجال.
وخلص البحث إلى أن عبد الوهاب خلاف مثّل نموذجا في الجمع بين الأصالة والتجديد في خدمة علم أصول الفقه بأسلوب علمي رصين وواضح.
Abstract
All Praise be to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
This research explores the contributions of Sheikh Abdul Wahhab Khallaf to the science of Usul al-Fiqh (Principles of Jurisprudence), recognizing him as one of the most prominent scholars of Shari’ah who played a significant role in simplifying and making this discipline more accessible to students.
The study begins by outlining the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, the research problem, a review of previous studies, the adopted methodology, and the structure followed.
The research then highlights the life of Abdul Wahhab Khallaf, presenting his lineage, upbringing, and academic journey.
It proceeds to focus on his most notable contributions to Usul al-Fiqh (Principles of Jurisprudence) through his scholarly works, which are considered among the clearest contemporary writings in this field.
The study concludes that Abdul Wahhab Khallaf represents a distinguished model of combining authenticity with innovation in advancing the science of Usul al-Fiqh, (Principles of Jurisprudence) employing a scholarly, rigorous, and lucid approach.
