الملخص
عنوان البحث: المسائل التي اختلف فيها قول الإمام الحجاوي -رحمه الله- في كتاب الإقناع في الزكاة والصيام والحج جمعًا ودراسة.
موضوع البحث: جمع مسائل في الزكاة والصيام والحج اختلف فيها قول الإمام الحجاوي -رحمه الله- في كتابه الإقناع من خلال كتابَيْ (حواشي الإقناع) و(كشاف القناع عن متن الإقناع)، ودراستها دراسة فقهية وفق آراء علماء المذهب الحنبلي.
منهج البحث: استقرائيٌّ وصفيٌّ.
الأقسام الرئيسية للبحث: ينقسم هذا البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة؛ تحدثت في المقدمة عن موضوع البحث، ومشكلته، وأهميته، وأسباب اختياره، والهدف منه، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة فيه، وتقسيم خطته، وبيان منهجه، وأما التمهيد فتحدثت فيه عن ترجمة موجزة عن الإمام الحجاوي -رحمه الله-، ونبذة عن كتابه الإقناع، ومكانته بين كتب المذهب، وتحدثت في المبحث الأول عن المسائل المتعلقة بكتاب الزكاة، وفي المبحث الثاني عن المسائل المتعلقة بكتاب الصيام والحج، وتحدثت في الخاتمة عن أبرز النتائج والتوصيات.
أبرز نتائج البحث: توصلت في هذا البحث إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها:
أن اختلاف قول الإمام الحجاوي -رحمه الله – في مسائل هذا البحث جميعه اختلاف معنوي، ومن أبرز الأسباب في اختلاف قوله، اتباعه لاختلاف عالم سبقه أو أكثر من علماء الحنابلة في تلك المسألة.
Abstract
Title of the Research: Issues in Zakat, Fasting, and Hajj with Different Opinions of Imam Al-Hajawi – May Allah Have Mercy on Him – in the Book of Al-Iqna’a: Compilation and Study.
Research Topic: This research compiles issues related to Zakat, Fasting, and Hajj that have differing opinions from Imam Al-Hajawi -May Allah Have Mercy on Him – in his book Al-Iqna’a, utilizing the books (Hawashi Al-Iqna’a) and (Kashaf Al-Qan’a about the Text of Al-Iqna’a), and conducts a jurisprudential study based on the opinions of scholars from the Hanbali school of thought.
Research Method: Inductive and descriptive.
Main Sections of the Research: This research is divided into an introduction, a preface, two main sections, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I discussed the research topic, its problem, significance, reasons for choosing it, its objectives, limitations, previous studies on the subject, the structure of the plan, and the methodology. In the preface, I provided a brief biography of Imam Al-Hajawi – May Allah Have Mercy on Him – and an overview of his book Al-Iqna’a, and its significance among the books of the school. The first section discusses issues related to the book of Zakat, while the second section addresses issues related to Fasting and Hajj. In the conclusion, I presented the most significant findings and recommendations.
Key Findings of the Research: In this research, I reached several conclusions, the most important of which are:
The differences in Imam Al-Hajawi’s – May Allah Have Mercy on Him – opinions in all the issues discussed are of a substantive nature, and one of the primary reasons for these differences is his adherence to the differing opinions of a preceding scholar or several scholars from the Hanbali school regarding that issue
